Read the DUI thread before you decide what DUI is. Chuckster could have had a single drink and still got rung up. When they start doing roadblocks or start in on their Saturday-night dialing-for-dollars approach to drunk-driving enforcement, it takes very, very little to send you away for six months with a fine in the thousands, plus thousands more in legal fees and insurance-company demands.
You don't even have to be drunk, or anywhere near it. Read the thread. Really. Low bridge, amigo.
