U.S. Intelligence Official about Israel: "This is just the beginning".
U.S. Intelligence official "breaks silence" on Israel situation"
31 December 2008: Northeast Intelligence Network director Doug Hagmann interviewed a highly-placed U.S. intelligence official late yesterday who not only confirmed rumors about escalated and more intensive Israeli military operations against the Muslim terrorists in Gaza, [but] warned of the increasing probability of abandonment of Israel by the U.S. and other Western countries based on what he termed "malicious intelligence."
"Remember that term," advised this well-placed intelligence official, "you'll be hearing it again."
"This is just the beginning," stated this intelligence official, who wished to remain anonymous. This official stated that the possibility for a much more protracted ground war is more likely today than at any other time in the past, adding that Israel is exercising her right to protect herself from her enemies in Gaza. But there is a catch, noted this official, and a big one at that: Israel could be about to lose the support of the United States.
When asked what could be worse than losing the support of the United States, he stated:

Both excellent observations. People always bitch about the money we give to Israel who is our only, true ally in the Middle East and whose return on investment (ROI) is huge. The US has benefitted from Israeli advances in the fields of science, technology, medicine, personal security, and national defense systems including anti-missle deterrents, identifying potential terrorists, commercial anti-terrorism meaaures as so on.
But Bush wants to give $20 billion in weapons to Saudi Arabia, the home of Bin Laden and 15 of the 9/11 terrorists, the principle exporter of Islamic fundamentalism, the richest nation on earth, and the most religiously repressive one, too.
When when the Bush Administration gives #20 billion to Saudi Arabia with nothing to offer us in return, except the use of an airbase and a few vague promises to keep the oil flowing.
We give $18 Billion to Egypt in advanced weaponwry, obstensibly for protection against the Iranans and the Muslim Brotherhooda a few security monitors.
Im wondering why none are balking at Bushs proposal to give $billions in advanced weaponry to radical Islamic countries? The Bush Administration wants to give $20 billion in weapons to Saudi Arabia, the home of Bin Laden and 15 of the 9/11 terrorists, the principle exporter of Islamic fundamentalism, the richest nation on earth, and the most religiously repressive?
Did you know that tourists to Saudi Arabia cannot bring in a cross, Star of David, Bible, or any other religious object that is non-Islamic? Did you know that Saudi Arabia forbids anyone with an Israeli passport from entering, and until 2005, the official tourist website specifically stated that Jewish people are banned from visiting.
Bush also wants to fork over $18 billion in advanced weaponry to Egypt, the home of the Muslim Brotherhood (a terrorist group worse than Al-Qaida), principle smuggler of illegal arms into Gaza, and principle exporter of the most vile and despicable anti-Semitic media ever seen or heard.
The Bush Administration naively believes that Egypt and Saudi Arabia would only use these weapons in self- defense against Iran and would never use them against Israel. Yeah, right. What about the American weapons they used against Israel in 1948, 1956, 1967, and 1973. What about all those American arms illegally smuggled to Gaza?
Aiding and abetting terrorist-supporting countries makes no sense whatsoever, but aiding our strongest ally Israel makes perfect sense. First of all, Israel is a strong bulwark against Islamic terrorism. Next, Israel receives no direct, economic aid from any other country. The other countries in the world have turned a blind eye to Israels suffering, choosing to fund Hezbollahs requests for more rockets instead Before anyone bitches about the $3 billion-a-year that Bush had planned to give to Israel, you should know that weve already gone back on our pledge and diverted a big chunk of it to the Iraq War. Thanks to that turn-about, Israel will have a $550 million deficit next year that will severely limit its ability to defend itself. However, no cuts have been made to the monies going to Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Now, thats something to shout about.
I always wondered why so many Christians dont believe that God really meant it when he went to a new covenant.
Under the Old Covenant you had no right to the God of Abraham if you were not a Jew. The New Covenant made clean what was called unclean...a gentile (non-Jew...all who would believe, the world)...and gave you the same rights as Gods Chosen people. You were grafted in by the New Covenant. God did not expect people to become more sinful with this honor....or to think they had a right to blatently disobey God with a get out of jail free card. “Work out your salvation with fear and trembling.”
It is a narrow path...not the wide one that is easy and many travel.
Indifference, not animosity. Let them deal with their own problems.
Israel should thank the 78% of American Jews who voted for Obama.
Keep looking up.
The USA is going to be taken out of the equation. We’re not a major player in endtime events. There may be remnants of our forces that may be over there, but that’s it. We won’t be a superpower.
The left in Israel is no different. 'Peace at any price' is not a new idea, nor does it have a nationality. US support, political and military, has been an anomaly in the world scene for a long time. Obama hates to be different.
Try to think the way a clinton-BO axis would about this. Reason has nothing to do with it. Political expediency and major bux, however...
I couldn’t have stated it any better....if the U.S. does abandon Israel...it will be the final nail in OUR coffin....that would be the final insult to God...we are already on a very slippery slope and that would be the last straw...I pray it doesn’t happen, but I think our gov. actions the past few years have given a pretty good idea where this is heading.
“U.S. to abandon Israel”
Maybe as you grow older, more educated, and wiser you will see the error of your thoughts and statements on this matter.
“I personally believe that it is time for the USA and UN to support Israel in the strongest way. “
Then sir, you either do not know history, or current events. The UN wants, and has wanted Isreal gone for the last 40+ years.
Is NEIN kind of like Debka? :)
You are probably right. As I grow older my indifference towards Israel will probably turn into animosity.
American Jews again overwhelmingly voted Democrat.
They voted what 80 percent for obamma lamma ding dong?
For the Olmert years the Israelis refused to defend Israel.
If Israel ceases to exist they have only themselves to blame.
For over 50 years the U.S. has been Israels biggest backer and still Israel spies on us to this day?
I will not lose sleep if this passes.
If the shoe fits. Happy New Year!
What I am saying is that it is time for the UN to "poop or get off the pot!" It is time to get rid of that vile, corrupt organization once and for all. The UN has been less than useless for the past 40 years. It is time for the UN to strongly support Israel or get out of town. You would think that after 40+ years of failed policies the USA would start to get smart and stop giving $ billions or $ trillions in handouts to greedy ungrateful vermin.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
should be rather soon. I’ll let you know if I’m still here, although I suspect it will make the headlines!
“if the United States reverses course on its support for Israel, including its actions against Hamas in Gaza.”
I have little doubt that an Obama would do such a thing. However if he does he’ll curse the day his mother met his father. Hell curse the day he developed political ambitions outside of Chicago. He’ll curse the rising of every sun, and he will curse the setting of each sun. If he stabs Israel he stabs me.
Personally, If I was jewish I might be concerned about Obama’s presidency not because of some concocted muslim association he had as a child, which is simply too silly to contemplate, but because he’s black. I get the impression that blacks and jews are not the greatest of friends. However Obama is a Christian now, in his grown-up years, and has stated that he supports Israel. I haven’t seen any evidence that contradicts his statement. Politically, practically, and morally, that is and should be his policy.
And when the Democrat ruled Unted States causes the final destructioin of Israel and resulting massacre of all the Israelis who can’t get out because of the American/European blockade, the Jewish vote in the US will continue to go to the Democrats by 85% or more.
He attended a church for 20 years which had a mission statement that was not at all Christian, in my view. It followed a religion based on Africa and skin color, with some vague Christian trappings. It also had ties to the Nation of Islam. I saw his "church" as a political construct having virtually nothing to do with spiritual matters. And when things got hot and Obama stopped attending, he did not seek out another church, he just stopped attending services.
Also, based on various statements he has made in interviews ("there are many paths to God") I have to declare him to be the first non-Christian president we've ever had.
Still the article is something to think about.0bama’s “change” could included weakened support for Israel. I am not so sure that given America's financial IOUs to the rag head world that we won't be blackmailed into throwing Israel under the bus. Foreign debt weakens our sovereignty and ability to act unilaterally.
As a Jew myself, I ask that you please not lump all Jews into the Liberal moron category. There are many conservative Republican Jews in America and right here on FR. God will judge and deal with Liberal Jews that turned their backs on Israel and voted for the Muslim Messiah. They will not be judged favorably.
You said a mouthful.
Hussein/Clinton are unwilling to accept this argument, as they view the world through the distorted and self-absorbed lenses of their own opinions. They fail to realize that Israel is the but the visible symbol of Muslin anger with the US and not the cause of it.
What goes around comes around.
Judgement comes before deliverance
Today’s believers do not deserve the Rapture, but judgement first
While the Bible declares there will be a pre-trib rapture, it is silent on the US as a nation, and we are more powerful than Rome ever was, more defensive than anyone of Israel, and more influential than any other nation in the history of the world for our short time
I no longer believe that believers will be raptured out of trouble, we will be judged first, with war, pestilence and plague so to speak, The US as a nation
THEN comes the rapture before the 7 years
I hope you know I do not lump all Jews into the Liberal moron category!
All is a big category. But the numbers I saw were that 70% voted for Hussein. That number is stunning. I was certain he would not get anywhere NEAR the numbers John effin Kerry, who served in Vietnam, got. I was wrong, and the fact is highly disturbing.
95+% of blacks voted for Hussein. That is repulsive, too, but then again 95% of blacks always vote for the Democrat operative. Shoot, the ‘rats could’ve run Robert the Klansman Byrd, and that demographic would overwhelmingly, slavishly, (pun?) pull the lever for him.
How American Jews could vote for the guy, I don’t know. But heck, the demographic I would identify with, evangelical Christians, have started to pull away from conservatism, too. Believe me, my friend, I am just as tough on my own people. :)
Israel was not armed or defended by the USA between 1948 to 1967. In fact, the US placed a weapons embargo AGAINST Israel in their War of Independence.
It was actually the Communist bloc countries that were willing to provide the weapons and armament necessary for Israel to win their War of Independence, funneled through Czechoslovakia. (They thought that Israel might become communist, based off the how the kibbutzim were organized.)
After that, Israel mainly procured it's weaponry from France. It was only after the incredible successes in the Six-Day War did the US even begin to think about supplying weaponry to Israel.
As I’ve stated before, God will judge Liberal Jewish morons for turning their backs on Israel. Based on our history, they will be judged harshly by their God, if they have one at all. Any Jew, IMO, that voted for the Muslim Messiah, is not a Jew or at least not one that I would identify with ever. They’re reprehensible and worthless human debris. There were Jews that helped the Nazis and I would place Liberals Jews in the same category.

Yes, the majority of them did, but certainly not all, especially the American Jews actually living in Israel.
He will not have Israel's best interests in mind.
True. Hopefully, the Israelis con somewhat comepensate for the American election results by seeing to it that Natanyahu will be the next Israeli PM as a result of Tuesday's election.
We probably should all always keep in mind that the existence and survival of Israel may be important to most Jews (and I believe it is) but that it isn’t usually a foreground issue, particularly for younger Jews. If Israel were destroyed, its refugees would find an outpouring of support (including financial support) among American Jews.
And what other country should the US abandon? What of Thailand? It has its own Islamist insurgency.
In fact, then read the Book of Job. It might surpise you to learn that Job, the most moral of men, was a gentile follower of G_d.
US doesn't really support Thailand. There are yearly military exercises but those are held to benefit the US, not Thailand. It does pump a lot of money into the economy, mostly into the pockets of bargirls, but it is far from being 'support' in the same way the US throws money at Israel.
