I'm sorry, but what does this crime have to do with affirmative action? Rather, get career criminals off the streets and doing something productive, like digging holes or breaking rocks; discourage bastardy and encourage marriage; and make sure that there are jobs for people who don't like being in high school. That, and shoot more perps in the act.
