My fave scene in that film is where after thinking that his Japanese guests couldn't speak a word of English (and therefore making things up while giving them a tour of the MTA control center), the Japanese thank Mattau's character in perfect English.

A damn shame the other great NY Subway film from that era ("The Incident," featuring a very young Martin Sheen) is not out on DVD.
