Yup. Something very similar happens here. Ask the average Maori in the street how much of the Billions and Billions of treaty settlement money he’s received.

This is a scam to enrich a class of politically connected grievance-mongers...and the more the scam moves forward, the worse its so-called ‘beneficiaries’ suffer.
