(IsraelNN.com) The IDF reported that two well known Hamas terrorists were among the dead in the IDF strike on a school Tuesday which also killed over 40 civilians. According to the IDF, the terrorists were using the school to fire mortar shells at troops.

The dead Hamas operatives were Imad Abu Askhar and Hassan Abu Askhar. The IDF said, “We face a very delicate situation where the Hamas is using the citizens of Gaza as a protective vest.”

I heard today that the Geneva Convention (sections 28 & 29?) provides that any combatant who knowingly takes up a postion among civilians for protection, and fires from such position, is responsible for those same civilian's deaths it they are hit by the other side in combat.

Not that the Geneva Convention means anything to Hamas!

On the radio today during a news segment they mentioned the school being hit and civilians: children, the elderly and women were killed and "no comment from Israel" made it appear Hamas was the victim and Israel was the terrorist.

Funny thing is this wasn't NPR, it is a station that runs Michael Gallagher, Michael Medved, Hugh Hewitt, Monica Crowley and other conservative talk shows.

I believe this was a United Nations school (which doesn't mean that the children attending it were multinational).

I saw a clip of the UN potentate in charge of it, a man named Ging, venting his spleen at the Israelis. Ging was also quoted in MSM stories after the attack.

All of this should surprise no one, as the UN and the MSM have been pro-Pali, pro-terrorist outlets for decades.
