Believe me, the best thing the GOP can do at this moment is stand aside, out of the way, and let the coming excrement-storm play out in living color. While they are out of the way, under a big umbrella.
The incoming crowd is going to overreach so far it's arms are going to fall right off. They can't even keep the lid of stewpot clamped on until the inauguration. It's jittering and jumping on the stove-top, with steam squirting out, and little cogs and gears shooting out of the pressure gauge.
