To conservatives and other patriots these are character issues that should disqualify Panetta from any position within government and any position of influence or authority anywhere in America.
To democrats these are the very qualities they look for in their bureaucrats and politicians.
I don't know. I think an awful lot of democrat voters are just ignorant as hell. They're also not very bright and so are easily manipulated by the liberal-left dominated media and entertainment world.
