Second, to answer your question, the reason America ended up with the Buffoon from Georgia as President for 4 years was that the Republican Party went with it's incumbent RINO-President Gerald Ford, instead of nominating a REAL conservative in '76, noneother than Ronald Wilson Reagan. Reagan would have dismantled Carter no matter what year the two faced off in the general election.

If they don't lob shells and rockets into Israel, there would be no reason to HAVE "defensive" tunnels, because nobody would be pi$$ed off at them, so nobody would do things like target mosques and schools and other places where they hide munitions (which, I'm sure, Carter would say are "defensive" as well), so Hamas wouldn't need to be cowards and hide behind women and children, and when said mosques and schools got hit, we wouldn't go "Ooh" and "Aah" at the MASSIVE explosions that happen.
