He already has a crazy wife, let’s see if a Civil War will follow in 0bama’s continuing homage to Lincoln.

Can you imagine a Republican acting like this about Lincoln?
The MSM would be mocking him/her and calling it “creepy.”

“”It’s always good to model yourself after a great president,” said Eric Foner, a professor of American history at Columbia University. “The proof will be in the pudding.””

Here’s some ‘pudding’ for Barak about slavery.

In a response to a New York Tribune editorial he wrote a letter to Editor Andrew Greeley explaining why slaves were being freed. He stated:
“My paramount object in this struggle is to save the Union, and is not either to save or to destroy slavery. If I could save the Union without freeing any slave I would do it, and if I could save it by freeing all the slaves I would do it; and if I could save it by freeing some and leaving others alone I would also do that. What I do about slavery, and the colored race, I do because I believe it helps to save the Union”

Too bad Obama and the rest of our ‘leaders’ aren’t willing to stop the race baiting to save our ‘union’.

Based on the title, I thought the article would be about how Ford won the bid for a new Presidential limo fleet.

That’s too white.

You just can’t put enought lipstick on that pig.

But does it ever dawn on “the One” that Lincoln was a Republican?

Yes, this is creepy. If I remember correctly, Lincoln’s inauguration was followed by a scuffle on an island in the harbor at Charleston, South Carolina, followed by a brawl somewhere in the Virginia woods near the nation’s capital.

I also recall that the theme of Lincoln’s presidency was that the union of states could not be broken apart. Is the theme of Obama’s presidency the Hegelian dream that the state, once established, is eternal?

My son and I watched the film “Red Dawn” this weekend. He’s 10 years old. We had a long discussion about freedom and liberty, and what people have to do to protect their liberty. Right now he’s running around the house yelling, “Wolverines!”

We’ll see how Lincolnesque Obama really is. Maybe he’s more like Lincoln Chaffee? LOL

How does the saying go? He is not worthy to tie Abe Lincoln’s shoes.

To make it perfectly clear, I am speaking about his record and his character, not his color.

What a creep. I thought the Abe Lincoln train ride was bad enough, but this really is pathologically narcissistic.

The only thing you can say in favor of his Abe Lincoln act is that it’s a little less bizarre than his earlier Messiah act. But it comes from the same habit of totally unreal, pathological narcissism.

Obama won't only follow in the footsteps of the former president - he'll also eat like him

Is he going to hunt his own game?

(Maybe he should ask Cheney to go with him...)

Great Emancipator?

If he really gets his way with the economy, he’ll ultimately be the Great Emaciator.

The problem in having a showboating President is that America’s position in the world calls for spine and character in its President.

We shall soon see what Obama is made of.

I'd like to see that prissy, effete, urban pansy 0bama try his hand at rail-splitting.

The only "Lincoln" he knows anything about is a Town Car.

Most presidents actually DID something worthwhile first and then received acclaim. This guy looks like he skipped a step.

As Mark Twain said-”Even a hen doesn’t start to cackle until after it lays its eggs”
