Republican primary and general election voters are very mininformed. They don’t keep up with the news to be generous.
Problem in TX was a different situation. Craddick should’ve stepped down when there were cracks in his leadership and approved a successor to hold the caucus together. Straus wasn’t hiding his intentions. This session this afternoon was expected to see Republican Jason Mumpower elected, period. This was a total and absolute ambush. It’s a shameful day in Tennessee today that a minority party stole once again power rightfully belong to the Republican party, the party that has received a majority of votes for the past 14 years and STILL has not gotten control of the House.
You bet they will.
But...but... state legislatures reflect the INTERESTS of the WHOLE state, dontsa know. How silly to think that a gerrymandered RAT legislature held hostage by Dems in urban areas with the help of a token RINO would do otherwise. We MUST repeal the 17th amendment immediately and let those wonderful guys in the state legislatures pick our U.S. Senators FOR us so our states will have representation in the federal government. Clearly, we won't have a TRUE Republic in this country until the TN RAT legislature is allowed to overturn the election results and install Harold Ford as U.S. Senator, just as they overturned the vote on the state level.
Can't you see this is all being done because it's in the BEST INTERESTS of your entire state?

Actually, the Speaker Pig Naifeh is a RURAL Democrat. The rural West TN crowd has controlled the body for years and years.

The Judas traitor thundered arrogantly from the podium to the Republican with the point of order, “You gotta problem with ME being Speaker ?” The Republican said, “You bet I have a problem.” I hope the Judas has bodyguards, because he’s going to need them wherever he goes. He knows what he did, and tyrants and traitors are all deserving of what comes to them.
One of the traitors here in California, Brian Setencich, later went to prison for tax evasion. Let’s hope that something similar awaits Kent.
In Texas, the State House of Representatives just elected a RINO -- Joe Strauss -- to the Speakership.
He had the support of every one of the 'Rats and a few RINOs -- enough to overturn what was a Republican majority.
It's embarrassing that our conservative contingents are being caught flat-footed by this tactic.
And Doris Allen, the vile bitch herself and original RINO puppet Speaker, fled the state after being recalled and died of two vicious cancers only 4 years later. It’s hazardous to your health being a traitor.
Of course it was a conspiracy. The question is when they made the deal with the traitor. His “word” is worthless. It was hillarious listening to him ramble on about how he would be fair, especially after his treacherous behavior. He should make his party switch official, because he will be stripped of it by the caucus.
