Perhaps all the conservatives need to move to Mars—the RED planet!

What if there is life on Mars? How would that affect biblical Christianity?
My response:
1. Maybe Mars was seeded by microbes from Earth scientific probes or landers? (Many scientists believe that life originated on Mars! Remember when they found a meteorite in Antarctica and Bill Clinton declared that the meteorite contained fossilized microbes from Mars? Scientists believed that a meteor impact on Mars ejected the meteorite life-transporter. How else could this rock have landed in Antarctica?since there never have been meteors strike the earth or there has never been volcanic eruptions on earth that could have blasted that rock there.)
2. Nothing in my theology rules out the possibility of living organisms on other planets. What a bout the discovery of other intelligent beings? Would the discovery of other intelligent life forms undermine Christianity? No. If they are intelligent beings, then we could learn a lot from them. We can learn a lot from apes, dogs and dolphins right nowright here.
3. What makes humans unique is not that we are alive; rather, it is that we have a spirita God consciousness. Unfortunately, that nature is fallen and in need of redemption because of sin.. But, thanks be to God that the Gospel is the answer to that need.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Believing the methane comes from subsurface microbes is a far cry from finding the actual microbes.
Personally I think we will one day find microbial life or solid evidence of it there in the past.

Beautiful... we have an expert on the subject of Mars and I believe he was frozen about the same time as Austin Powers.
From the looks of the guy, he’s probably smoked enough wacky weed to see many alien life-forms. Either way, every time these bozo’s come up with some kind of “proof” there’s no real “evidence”. When they parade the little green guys up on the stage we’ll talk. Until then...

Good!
Now, let's send them some of our air, a lot of our water, a lot of volcanic activity, and let's watch them evolve into some super-duper dinosaurs with hyper-intelligence.

Total GW BS. The article states that they must be alive today because there is (gasp) a methane cloud surrounding mars which of course causes mars’ Global warming.
In THE VERY NEXT paragraph they say the organisms are in a state of suspended animation and could be REVIVED.
Now which is it? are they alive and producing the mars global warming methane cloud, or are they in a state of suspended animation.
I want to see corpses!

I was thinking that we need to convince muslims that martians have insulted them. That way the islamderthals would occupy their time trying to figure out how to send wave after wave of suicide bombers to mars.
Hell, we could even help.

NASA Scientist also believed that there was(is) an ozone hole and global warming is happening. If you read the article, they are not sure the gas in Mar's atmosphere is methane, thus the microbe hypothesis is based on an input that is not even an axiom. Pretty easy to understand how NASA has fallen for global warming.
