Arlen Specter says that the bigger danger from Holder comes from the bullying of corporate execs. He has an article on the WSJ which says that Holder was instrumental in writing some regulation which allowed prosecutors to bully execs, by denying them access to the company lawyers.

That will reflect badly on the Senators who vote in favor of confirmation. Everything reflects badly on the senate. The senate is currently a body that is worthy only of contempt. That includes members of both parties.

Do you think so? Or do you think we’re all just too complacent? On one hand, I can’t imagine revolution coming and on the other hand I can’t imagine that it won’t.
(I just saw Nina (?) Easton on FOX talking about how obama is using fear to push his agenda. I wish Americans would pay attention - no surprise here but it’s still shocking to watch all these events unfold.)
