My friends at YesToDemocracy.com have been following the obsessed believers (called "birfers") in the whacked out conspiracies about Barack Obama's birth certificate for a long time now. The birfers' struggle to unseat Barack Obama remained under the sanity radar until around the time our Liza reported on them. Their court-clogging antics have been good for some chuckles, and not much more. But in these last hours before Barack Obama is inaugurated, I'd like to indulge them, and perhaps even vindicate them. Let's just assume Barack Obama's birth certificate is as fake as a politically motivated mugging/face-carving. Picture it under lock and key, guarded by Hawaiian Knights Templar, who know of your struggle and .... You'll be disappeared into a subterranean sweatshop, where you'll painstakingly hand-paint the Obama logo onto White House stationery and copies of the Bible, and beg your foreman, William Ayres, for a sip of his Perrier. That's if you're lucky. My advice would be to go into hiding right now, the sooner, the better. Run like the wind, sand off your fingerprints, swap jugs of urine and other fluids to foil the biometrics, and don't ever look back. Before long, some sharp journalist will notice, either way , that all of the birfers have vanished, and the world will know: You were right! You were right all along.

Fine, they got the fraud into the Whitehouse, now, we need to expose the DNC - many Republicans - and the Supreme Court as having known about this fraud and we need to push for a complete washing of Washington over the next 4 years. This can be one example or flag we can raise to defeat these tyrants.

The only silver lining is that either will destroy the democrats. Unfortunately the cost is far too high.

The choice to ignore the constitution was clearly deliberate since Barack was co-sponsor of a Senate proposal to make McCain and Obama Natural Born Citizens through legislation. It didn't reach the floor.
How sad for Mr. Christopher that he can’t discuss what is actually an important constitutional and public-policy issue in an adult fashion. Does he also find it silly when people point out that our president-elect has sealed virtually all of his records from his past? Perhaps he thinks that those who find this odd are also kooks.
Of course, Mr. Christopher could never take a risk and actually discuss this issue with the seriousness that it deserves. Someone might laugh at him, and he is too much of a weenie to risk that!
P.S.: I would oppose any future Republican candidates who are not natural-born citizens. ? Gov. Jindal. I would hope to see challenges to the eligibility of anyone who is not constitutinally qualified. Of course, the whores in Washington (in both parties) are only interested in running whomever has the best chance to win.
SCOTUS: This is why the Supreme Court was created by our Founding Fathers. Please look after our Constitution. If political considerationis are your thing, resign from the bench and run for office.
Can you imagine how freaked out and totally irrational he and the rest of the Obama back kissing American in Name Onlies would be if Cheney or Bush had any of their documents "sealed"?

We would need to call out the National Guard to track down and shoot every member of the MSM with a tranquilizer gun just to ensure the public safety, so great would be their hysteria.
Mr. Christopher, I’m sure, considers his childish taunts the height of clever commentary. However, they reveal his lack of seriousness as a writer.
This is an important constitutional issue, one of the most important of our time. I am not one bit ashamed to say so because those who try to minimize its importance are either cynical propagandists or useful idiots (I’d place Mr. Christopher in the latter category).
Just look at all the activity in this area IN BOTH PARTIES leading up to this election and in the next election potentially as well. HOW CAN SCOTUS NOT ADDRESS THIS ISSUE ASAP? It is not a matter of trying to reverse an election at all. In 2012, if Jindal is not a natural-born citizen, HE CANNOT RUN FOR PRESIDENT, yet I’ve heard him on the short list of candidates.
P.S.: After Clinton was caught trying to fix a court case in the Oval Office in every conceivable way, I was outraged. I knew one other person here in Massachusetts who was initially outraged but then decided that it was trivial once the “It’s just sex” propaganda campaign ramped up.
I argued with so many people during that time, and not one person agreed with me. I even sent a petition to Ross Perot when he was gathering signatures asking Clinton to resign with one signature, my own. I am just too stubborn to allow these cynical smear campaigns to make me ashamed to state my opinion. People can laugh all they want, as when they laugh off important issues they, in fact, are the fools.
The American public needs to grow up.

Cauterizing is a medical procedure to burn away tissue or to seal a wound. When I had my tonsils out as a kid I had to go back into surgery to have a cauterization to stop bleeding.
In this case it seems that one more loose end was taken care of.
I know what the medical form of cauterization is. Does cauterizing a file mean changing it or just closing it to any possibility of further inspection? Or either one?
These lawsuits would have been thrown out completely if there was absolutely no merit to them. So far the most success for the cover up lawyers has been on the standing issue only.
