Obama is still attacking Bush

Katrina

President Obama will keep the broken promises made by President Bush to rebuild New Orleans and the Gulf Coast. He and Vice President Biden will take steps to ensure that the federal government will never again allow such catastrophic failures in emergency planning and response to occur.

President Obama swiftly responded to Hurricane Katrina. Citing the Bush Administration's "unconscionable ineptitude" in responding to Hurricane Katrina, then-Senator Obama introduced legislation requiring disaster planners to take into account the specific needs of low-income hurricane victims. Obama visited thousands of Hurricane survivors in the Houston Convention Center and later took three more trips to the region. He worked with members of the Congressional Black Caucus to introduce legislation to address the immediate income, employment, business, and housing needs of Gulf Coast communities.

President Barack Obama will partner with the people of the Gulf Coast to rebuild now, stronger than ever.

Obama should move to New Orleans, buy a mansion and start to help fix up the place. It could be his summer White House (or winter White House might be better) I bet you can pick up an old mansion in the ninth ward for cheap. Then fix it up. The reporters, security, would help the city rebuild—and having the president living there would help with tourism. Besides—they have some great restaurants and they know how to party there. He could do photo ops with the black mayor and just help to re-invigorate the Big Easy. Obama would find himself at home with all the corruption. By moving there he could put his money where his mouth is and help the city revive. After his one term is over he could put his Library there in New Orleans as a tourist attraction.

One never hears about Mississippi, so I didn’t know. All one hears about in the news is how bad off N.O. is.

Yo obozo, the pot calling the kettle black (pun intended). And here you were campaigning on bringing about change but instead you who have absolutely no experience whatsoever persistently engage in Bush Bashing. You have no shame, you fraud. You’ll get your comeuppance.

They've got nothing! No policies, no plans. No answers, no solutions. No class, no taste, no ideas.

Just a seething hatred for President Bush. It's all they've got.

Let's see how that plays for another four years...

I already called my congressman about this and complained. A government website is no place for partisan politics. Let alone, the White House web site.

I used the old Ronald Reagan line: “I paid for this web site”!

I found this absolutely disgusting...I guess I might have to get used to that feeling.

Change? Change we can beLIEve in? Check out O's inner circle:

Change? Obama Inner Circle Filled With Bilderbergers

By Victor Thorn

(American Free Press) -- For two years, Americans have heard an unrelenting mantra of change emanating from the campaign trail. But now that President-elect Barack Obama has begun forming his cabinet, we’re seeing a cadre of more deeply entrenched insiders than any administration that has preceded it.

In regard to key foreign policy advisors, all three of Obama’s selections either initially supported the Iraq war, or still do. On the economic front, each appointee maintains a close relationship with the Jewish triad of Ben Bernanke, Robert Rubin and Alan Greenspan—as well as bailout engineer Henry Paulson. Barack Obama himself is a Council on Foreign Relations member, has strong ties to Zbigniew Brzezinski, and participated in a clandestine meeting with Hillary Clinton at Bilderberg member Diane Feinstein’s house at the time when 2008 Bilderberg members were congregating only a few miles away.

Below is an overview of Obama’s top 14 selections to date. When considering their collective histories, a trend becomes clear, proving that the more things change under Obama, the more they stay the same.

1. TIMOTHY GEITHNER – TREASURY SECRETARY

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, president and CEO of Federal Reserve Bank of New York, director of policy development for IMF, member Group of Thirty (G30), employed at Kissinger & Associates, architect of the recent 2008 financial bailouts, mentored by Lawrence Summers and Robert Rubin.

2. PAUL VOLCKER – ECONOMIC RECOVERY ADVISORY BOARD

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, North American chairman of Trilateral Commission, Federal Reserve chairman during Carter and Reagan administrations, president of Federal Reserve Bank of New York, G30 member, chairman Rothschild Wolfensohn Company, key figure in the collapse of the gold standard during the Nixon administration, longtime associate of the Rockefeller family.

3. RAHM EMANUEL – CHIEF OF STAFF

Member of Israeli Defense Force, staunch Zionist, senator, Board of Directors for Freddie Mac, member of Bill Clinton’s finance campaign committee, made $16.2 million during 2.5 years as an investment banker for Wasserstein Perella. His father was a member of the Israeli Irgun terrorist group.

4. LAWRENCE SUMMERS – NATIONAL ECONOMIC COUNCIL

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, treasury secretary during Clinton administration, chief economist at World Bank, former president of Harvard University, Brookings Institute board member, huge proponent of globalization while working for the IMF, protg of David Rockefeller, mentored by Robert Rubin.

5. DAVID AXELROD – SENIOR ADVISOR

Political consultant whose past clients include Sens. Hillary Clinton, John Edwards and Christopher Dodd; main Obama fixer in the William Ayers and Reverend Wright scandals.

6. HILLARY CLINTON – SECRETARY OF STATE

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, clandestine CIA asset used to infiltrate the anti-war movement at Yale University and the Watergate hearings, senior partner at the Rose Law Firm, key figure in the Mena drug trafficking affair, architect of the Waco disaster, implicated in the murder/ cover-up of Vince Foster, and many other deaths.

7. JOSEPH BIDEN – VICE PRESIDENT

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, U.S. Senator since 1972, member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, current chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, strong Zionist sympathizer who recently told Rabbi Mark S. Golub of Shalom TV, “I am a Zionist. You don’t have to be a Jew to be a Zionist.”

8. BILL RICHARDSON – COMMERCE SECRETARY

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, former U.S. congressman, chairman of the Democratic National Convention in 2004, employee of Kissinger Associates, UN ambassador, governor of New Mexico, energy secretary, major player in the Monica Lewinsky cover-up with Bilderberg luminary Vernon Jordan.

9. ROBERT GATES – DEFENSE SECRETARY

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, former CIA Director, defense secretary under President Bush, co-chaired CFR task force with Zbigniew Brzezinski, knee-deep in the Iran-Contra scandal, named in a 1999 class action lawsuit pertaining to the Mena drug trafficking affair.

10. TOM DASCHLE – HEALTH SECRETARY

Bilderberg, Council on Foreign Relations, former Senate majority leader, Citibank lackey, mentored by Robert Rubin.

11. ERIC HOLDER – ATTORNEY GENERAL

Key person in the pardon of racketeer Marc Rich, deputy attorney general under Janet Reno, facilitated the pardon of 16 Puerto Rican FALN terrorists under Bill Clinton.

12. JANET NAPOLITANO – HOMELAND SECURITY DIRECTOR

Council on Foreign Relations, Arizona governor, attorney for Anita Hill during the Clarence Thomas hearings, U.S. attorney during the Clinton administration, instrumental in the OKC cover-up, where she declared, “We’ll pursue every bit of evidence and every lead,” described as another Janet Reno, soft on illegal immigration (i.e. pro-amnesty and drivers licenses to illegals).

13. GEN. JAMES L. JONES – NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR

Bilderberg, Trilateral Commission, European supreme allied commander, special envoy for Middle-East Security during Bush administration, board of directors for Chevron and Boeing, NATO commander, member of Brent Scowcroft’s Institute for International Affairs along with Zbigniew Brzezinski, Bobby Ray Inman, Bilderberg luminary Henry Kissinger and former CIA Director John Deutch.

14. SUSAN RICE – U.N. AMBASSADOR

Council on Foreign Relations, Rhodes scholar, campaign foreign policy advisor to presidential candidates John Kerry and Michael Dukakis, member of Bill Clinton’s National Security Council and assistant secretary of state for Africa, member of the Brookings Institute (funded by the Ford Foundation and the Rockefellers), and member of the Aspen Strategy Group (teeming with Bilderberg insiders such as Richard Armitage, Brent Scowcroft, and Madeleine Albright).

Not trying to hijack this thread but I am so frustrated I need to rant.

An open letter to the mainstream media of America.

Now that President Obama has been inaugurated into office, I wanted to express a few thoughts about the last eight years regarding the respect that was shown to President Bush by the likes of CNN, NBC, ABC, CBS, MSNBC and the New York Times.
This letter is addressed to you.
Before the September 11th attacks occurred, President Bush was under attack himself, daily, as being too stupid to be commander in chief and that he “stole” the election.
After these reports we were assaulted with editorials stating that Vice President Cheney was REALLY running the country and George Bush was just a puppet. Gravitas was the word EVERY media outlet spewd forth. Then, after the 9-11 attacks, he was being blamed for not “connecting the dots.”

Since then, George Bush set out to do what was his constitutional DUTY, to protect this country, and you fought him every step of the way. To be honest, for the first six months after the attack, you allowed the country to unite behind him, but slowly you reverted to your old ways. The first night assault in Afghanistan against the Taliban was your coming-back-out party.
That assault, recorded in grainy green video, was misreported by every network and newspaper to skew public opinion and smear the military and you haven’t stopped since.
The New York Times has printed more military secrets than the Soviet government, aiding and abetting our enemies at every turn, even when the president asked you not to. Everything he did to fight the war on terror was vilified in the media.

Now YOUR candidate is in the white house, one you helped get elected by implementing a propaganda campaign Joseph Goebbels would be proud of. What you did with your bias, your obfuscation and outright LIES was nothing short of media malpractice and borders on treason.

Now that YOUR president is the leader of the free world, I wanted to put you on notice that I will show the same respect to him that you showed President Bush –

ABSOLUTELY NONE WHATSOEVER.

Barack Hussein Obama is your president now, not mine. YOU got this empty suit elected and if this country doesn’t survive having a Marxist, muslim president then the blame rests clearly on your shoulders. I eagerly await the day of your irrelevance due to the vast majority of Americans becoming aware of your misdeeds.

rant off, thanks for your patience.

No, not quite, his accountability begins way last year when he took it upon himself to plan how to shut down the American power grid and leave us to freeze to death in the dark.

When it looked like he could win the election a worldwide business and financial panic ensued based on his electric power threats.

It's the Obama Depression and don't forget it.

But things are steadily improving under Jindal. To complete the makeover in NO they need a new mayor.
