When a terrorist attack kill millions, and it could have been prevented by waterboarding a prisoner in our custody (if we have any months from now), I would like to hear his smug response then.

Once again this 'lecturer in Constitutional Law' shows that he does not have a clue. What possible evidence can ODumbo point to that shows that the Founding Fathers ever contemplated extending Constitutional protections to enemy combatants? If enemy combatants deserve Constitutional protections, how can anybody justify shooting them during an armed conflict? If that were the case, then the US would have had armies of lawyers instead of armies of soldiers.

Didn't Obama vow to get gitmo closed down on day 1. A year, what a joke. If you are conservative you know that the storage location won't matter really. If you are a liberal you can claim victory and that your man Obama fulfilled a campaign promise (just don't look too closely at the fine print 1 year part).

Combine this with his voided promise of “out of Iraq immediately” and he's broke 2 campaign commitments in his first few days.

Sooner or later at least some liberals will get their blinders off and realize that the guy has broken his word on Gitmo, Iraq pullout, and cancelling the Bush tax cuts.

Then again maybe they won't.
