Everything I've read suggests that being held here in the U.S. means due process, legal rights and judicial precedent -- and even habeas corpus. Full constitutional rights IOW.

Also, I believe that some 500 or so have already been released and the remaining 250 or so are the most indescribably fiendish entities of them all.

Justice Robert Jackson noted (1947?) that the Constitution is not a suicide pact. Boy do I agree with that.

There's alot more interesting events lately..Yesterday I went to the store when I walked in a was rushed by a Hare Krishna type group asking me if I wanted a free commemorative Obama paper. I said sure! give me 3. A person never has enough newspaper to line the bird cage,and use for puppy training and dirty muddy boots. The look on their faces was priceless!
