Obama needs his Blackberry. He needs it so he knows what to say and when he needs to say it. He claims he is high tech...that may be true.
I say he is tech dependent and would be lost in the trees without it. This tech biz concerning him is no different than a teleprompter or an earpiece. Those are his necessary props to keep up his image.

Only a matter of time before some one hacks into it. Heck if they can hack into pentagon computers why not that self absorbed twit’s Blackberry?
I thought he told everyone to put childish things aside?

He is dumber than a box of rocks... and a monkeys flew space craft so I guess hussein using a Blackberry is not so “special”.

The president has a BlackBerry through a compromise that allows him to stay in touch with senior staff and a small group of personal friends, said Robert Gibbs, his spokesman, in a way that use will be limited and that the security is enhanced to ensure his ability to communicate.
Rightttttt.............
Like no hacker has ever gotten into anything protected by the Government.
Of course this use of the blackberry will be secure and he would never use it to convey anything that would help Americans enemeis...
Got that...

Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Mahmoud Abbas The SS needs to allow zer0 to communicate with these people. They would monitor every word and tape the conversations. Later release the evidence to the CIA with the damning proof that he is "indeed" a traitor to this country and convicted for high treason.

The MSM try to make it so cool. Barry is just so nouveau, he couldn’t be caught without his Blackberry.
Bam is all about smoke and mirrors. Shame so many people can’t realize they were hoodwinked.

He is an idiot. He is willing to endanger the US over his personal tastes.

He is an idiot. He is willing to endanger the US over his personal tastes. Exactly what Rush said yesterday over the Gitmo thing. He is all politics above security.

It won’t be a “victory” if terrorists or bad guys lock in on Obama’s phone. It is a terrible security risk, but what does he care? Just more trouble for everyone who has to keep this guy and America safe.

Yeah. Someone will hack it. Post some contents. Cause embarrassment to the prez.
It is only a matter of time.
[We can see this one coming. Too bad Barry can’t.]

I don't know if this is true or not, but I read somewhere that you don't even have to have your cell phone turned on for someone to be able to hear what is being said around you. If that is so, he is a walking loudspeaker for all our enemies to listen in on every top secret conversation being discussed while he is wearing it.
Bty, PghBaldy, I like your tag line LOL

For more than two months, Mr. Obama has been waging a vigorous battle with his handlers to keep his BlackBerry, which like millions of other Americans he has relied upon for years to stay connected with friends and advisers. (And, of course, to get Chicago White Sox scores.)Except that the White Sox haven't played for the last two months.

As this was said on national radio yesterday, I feel comfortable sharing it here. A caller to Glenn Beck said another issue is that when it is turned on, the GPS can pinpoint its position very closely so it is not only the communication that is insecure.
