Would this be a case of manhandling? How many Presidents have talked to a reporter in this way by grabing his shoulder and giving him the riot act? Just look at the ANGER in his eyes. He's on the edge of losing it.

The press wants to sleep with the guy.

News organizations that cover the White House sparred with the Obama administration on Thursday over access issues for photographers and rules for briefings. Obama has a record of not releasing info & keeping his past a mystery so why in the world would the media have their noses out of joint now that he's Prez & doesn't want to be forthcoming? /S

Members of the press, even those who supported and helped elect, Obama will look back one day soon and refer to the Bush years as “The good ol’ days!”
I think they made the mistake of assuming the White House would be as accommodating of them as the campaign had been. They are in for a rude awakening. Obama has a demonstrated record of keeping info about him from the public. It never dawned on them he would carry that into his presidency!

The new opaque transparency.
Obama saw the incredibly vicious hit job photography practiced on former President Bush and doesn't want these kinds of photos to undermine his Messianic image. Who didn't see this coming?

Representatives from Obama's press office held a conference call with photo editors, who are concerned that the administration prefers distributing photos taken by a White House photographer in cases where photojournalists have been permitted access in the past He wants to continue having those spacey "staring off" leadership portraits, none of the monkey-faced or scowling Bush photos we had to endure from the Presstitutes for the past 8 years.
This is about control of his marketing image and is positively UnAmerican. Then again, I expected nothing less from a spoiled brat who brags about not growing up here and wants to take this nation down several pegs on the world stage.

""Obama said he had watched press secretary Robert Gibbs debut briefing "in anticipation of some flop sweat. ... I just want to thank you for not completely ripping up Gibbs," Obama said.
"I am very proud of him today. He got a fist bump from me.""
Just keepin' it real, Yo!

He’s a spoiled brat and had an encounter with antiabortion protesters yesterday. He is unaccustomed to challenges to his policies or marketing image.
He’s no Carter 2. He’s an American Mugabi.

The media will claw over each other to play king of the hill to still kiss Obama's bum.
They all want the access and exclusive connection to the new god.

I don’t quite think he is losing it, but I do find it hilarious that “Mr. Transparency” is not interested in being questioned.
That was evident in the way that Joe the Plumber was destroyed for daring to question “The One”.
Bush was so much more tolerant of free speech than anyone.
If Bush were as bad as Olbermann and Mahr said he was, they both would have been eliminated via uranium poisoning.
Yet they were free to rip Bush in a way that no other president has been ripped.

He's on the edge of losing it. Would not the media have a field day denouncing W with "How dare he talk to the press this way?!" even during their "honeymoon" (which we all new never existed)? But now, the talking heads will just blame the reporter with the how-dare-he? stuff!

BTW, I see the FOX website is reporting this, but I can’t seem to find it on CNN’s site. Imagine that, huh?
