Nope, we fight this now in the court of public opinion because if we lose on this we wont have a public opinion, only liberal opinion.

The Obamites have overwhelming political power. They no longer need to care about public opinion at least in the short term.

Besides, just as they have done so far, the mainstream media will cover for him. "Fairness" has such a nice sound. Of we can't use their term "fairness" any more than we should buy into "assault weapons" or "cop killer bullets". The proper term is "Censorship", pure and simple.

He and the Democrat Congress may go for the Fairness Doctrine but more likely to be successful and likely to be tried is a "community content" thing

The intent of the "local content" is not to get the local moonbat libs a forum. It's to drive the cost of running a "talk" station up to the point where most stations go to "Music and Sports" format. The doctrine will not apply to the national networks, both broadcast and cable, which are dominated by libs.

The purpose of all this is maintain them in power by providing "cover" for their actions, laws and policies which would be opposed by the people if those programs are widely known and understood.

And the hate laws are coming and a left stacked SCOTUS. The people won’t care they will be to busy working overtime to pay the tax increases and falling asleep in front of the propaganda box
