We are about to see politico-cultural Niagra Falls. Just wish Repubs could get it together to take Congress back in 2010. We will find some way to blow this opportunity.

Then, without explanation, the story offered this on-stage quotation from a religious broadcaster: "Let's pray that God will slay everyone in the Capitol."

The Washington Post had to print a correction the next day (May 2, 1996) stating that Crouch urged people to pray that God would "slay everyone in the Capitol," he was referring to being "slain in the Spirit" in the Pentecostal baptism tradition.

Chris Matthews has low ratings. How he stays on the air is beyond me.
I saw him once on C-Span talking to a group of high school students. He was was nasty to them it was incredible. I couldn’t believe what I was watching.
