The sealed case. I’m kinda curious if Berg does have a document in there that has proved Pres_ent is not qualified for his position.
Is anyone really surprised here? The more they do to refuse to hear this case, the more we know it should be heard. No tinfoil required.

Can Berg go to talk radio, show it to Rush, Sean, Mark, Ann and start getting it out that way? There is an end run around the press and we all know it. Why is it not being done?
let him publish his stuff, I am sure all the desperate papers will take a full page ad from him no matter the content anymore. the internet? There has to be a way to go public with this evidence. He has exhausted his legal options, bring it to the court of public opinion.....

Does he have actual physical irrefutable proof of his ineligibility? Can that be posted? Ads taken in newspapers showing THE proof? Going on talk radio and showing the proof to the hosts to be verified by them? If so, when? This needs to get out if it is true, and if the courts say no, we need to get it out to the people. Only about 20 percent of this country (the far left libs) would not care about a unconstitutional candidate taking office when the proof is right there.

(Lafayette Hill, PA – 01/26/09) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the first Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States and his cases that are still pending, Berg vs. Obama [2 cases – 1 under seal] and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama announced today that the new issue of GLOBE Magazine [2/2/09 issue] highlights his efforts to expose Obama not being “constitutionally qualified” and therefore, Obama should be removed from office.
Berg also stated that the U.S. Supreme Court denied his request for an Injunction from the Conference that was held on January 16, 2009. However, the case that was denied by the U.S. Supreme Court, Berg vs. Obama is still pending in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals where Berg just filed a Brief on 1/20/09. Berg said I had bypassed the Third Circuit hoping that the U.S. Supreme Court would hear our case on an expedited basis because of the significance of the case.
The two [2] other cases are in Federal Court and I will advise you shortly about the status of each.
Berg said, “This is the 5th time GLOBE Magazine has highlighted the question of Obama’s lack of ‘constitutional qualifications’ to be President. The new story about Obama is the center spread and two [2] other pages. More and more people are aware of the fact that Obama does not meet the constitutional ‘qualifications’ and that this is the biggest ‘Hoax’ perpetrated on the citizens of the United States in 230 years.”
Berg concluded, “I am proceeding for the 305 + million people in ‘our’ U.S.A., for ‘our’ forefathers and for the thousands and thousands that have died defending our Constitution with the legal fight to prove that Obama is not constitutionally qualified to be President.”

The courts have had their chance. They seem to be in the cover up business as well if they are sealing things like this and they are not up for discussion.
In spite of everything he still won’t show his original birth certificate to put the rumors down. Just the arrogance alone is troubling.

I agree. I believe Berg should forget about the law courts for now and go to the court of public opinion. Get the proof out, publicize it so everyone knows our so-called President is a FRAUD.
If somebody wants to tell me in a PM then that will work. The inunction was denied but not the rest of the case? The case under seal is the one I am wondering about.
Someone on the Plains Radio chat said Berg had a certain document and has had it for a while. Is it true???

If someone had ever told me that the United States Supreme Court was in the tank , I would have called them a liar.
I can no longer say that. Their absolute refusal to hear this case in public proves they are supporting an illigitimate President.
They obviously know that people accusing Obama of being illigitimate will not riot > If found that he is bogus ,the other side certainly will. The decision has been made to prevent riots and the Constituion be damned.

How much damage can he be allowed to do to this country before those wheels fall off the bus??? Give me a break, They had 2 years to vet him prior to the election, and now longer? IMHO, if they have true damning proof, and the courts are sealing and covering up, bring it to the people. Look how fast that blowhard governers wheels of justice moved when it went public. or spitzer. or any number of politicians who caused scandal and it went public before the wheels of justice acted. The people have a right to see this proof and then the media will not have a choice but to cover it and then maybe he will do the right thing and step down before causing more damage to this country. Berg will still get credit for breaking it, and will have his place in history. Really, a patriot will not stand by and watch his country fall to wind his way through a corrupt legal system if he has the proof for all to see. Put up or move on at this point. ( this is not directed AT you hoosier, I am just sick of playing nice when my country is at stake. Conservatives are too polite, that is why we lose)
Sounds like a great caper for some brave and clever souls over the next year or two will be to try to get hold of the BC the state of Hawaii claims to have under lock and key and to make it public, so all us dumb rabble citizens who aren’t important enough to have standing before the Supreme Court can finally know the truth.....

The Supreme Court put nothing under seal. They haven’t even seen the evidence Berg has. Go to Berg’s site and tell him to reveal his evidence. The man is waiting for his “day in court,” which I do not think is ever going to come, if the future is like the past in that regard. Of course, Berg is a 911 truther, so this all could be a load of hooey for all I know. But I do know O’s fishy as a dead mackerel.
No doubt this was to stop the inauguration. SCOTUS was going to allow BO to commit the crime, not stop it before it was put in to action.

THE SCOTUS is just saying we want the 3rd district to do, the menial tasks: the discovery etc The SC does not do those types of procedures. Just like a fine taylor doesn't make underwear. They are saying before you bring it to us for the final disposition, get the paper work in order. This decision was not decided on merit just a clerical/procedural thing.
