I could see a small percentage of uninformed voters who voted for obama tuning in out of curiosity, and understanding what they hear.

They have been about nothing but hate, tearing at Bush, and championing defeat on the battlefield for our troops and cheerleading bad economic news.
Now they actually have to be responsible and produce results, they were never about accomplishing anything.

Rush has a great instinct for capitalizing on opportunity, and this one is heaven-sent.
To smack some sense into the Republicans and energize conservatives, he was say “Sheesh, what is the matter with you guys, when I pose a bigger threat to Obama and the Dems than YOU do!”
And to further antagonize the Dems he will continue to state his conservative position and be critical of Obama’s policies while riding a new wave of free publicity that will take that message to audiences that that normally don’t listen to him.
We learned as a kid it’s not smart to pick a fight with the schoolyard bully. But these Dems have decided to get into a shouting match with the man with the biggest megaphone!
It’s a con. The overreach is happening. The D’s are trying to fool all of the people, but just for the next two months.
Rush isn’t fooled, and that’s a problem.

I hope Rush hires someone trustworthy to go over his plane with a fine tooth comb before, during and after each trip. I wouldn’t put it past the Chicago Thug Obambie to try to destroy Rush in and “accident.” That’s the way crooks act...

I went to the DCCC address, but didn’t fill out the form.
I couldn’t bring myself to give even a throwaway email address to the RAT party. It felt too much like stepping in something nasty in the dark.
That's not the point of what the leftist are trying to do. They are not afraid of Rush. It is simply part o f their plan to methodically demonize and eventually eliminate all opposition and dissenting points of view.
Rush is the biggest so they intend to take him down first. If successful then all others will be attacked and eliminated. This is just the first battle in their war to eliminate free speech and organized dissent to their NWO plans.
They are in charge now. They are responsible for failure. They will hesitate and be insecure. They don’t want to fail, but they (Dear Leader and crowd) have to pay homage to those who brought them power.
Their policies are bad for America. But, that is what they ran on so they have to try to implement them.

The RIGHT has NO REMOTELY COMPARABLE mechanisms for spreading its understanding of the world and human nature.
All this bickering about talk radio, a little tax cut here and there, a little de-funding of this or that—is, to coin a phrase, rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.
The LEFT’s goal is the utter destruction of the anti-collectivist U.S. Constitution. The LEFT is getting near the end-game, which it has been working toward, with a coherent strategy, since 1830 or earlier. Rush and the other conservative talk radio commentators are targeted by the left under their plan to reinstate the "fairness doctrine" or its "localism" variation. They have said this all through the campaign.
Rush therefore has nothing to lose by what he is doing, if they are going to shut him and others down they are going to do it.
But the leftists want to do it under the guise of "fairness." That is they want to slide this in with most of the people who do not pay attention not really being aware of what they are doing. That is how they operate. The phony stimulus bill is another example. It is why Obama waited until the weekend to sign the executive order using tax payer dollars abroad to kill babies. They cannot be up front and honest as to what they are really doing.
Rush, by making himself a target the way he is, is doing something. If they attempt to take him or others down, in this context, it will be overt and obvious that it is pure censorship, not "fairness" falsely so called. The best defense is a good offense. It would also strengthen any court challenges he needed to bring.
It seems to me that Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Glen Beck and others are doing the same type of thing. The result is it might just give a backbone to the conservatives in congress. (The Republicans are standing up to the stimulus farce to some extent as they did before.) It increases their listening audience and revenue, and is the only effective opposition.
I could second guess and wonder if targeting Rush was part of a plan to manipulate the public perception of republicans. Let’s face it, Rush is not well liked outisde of his listeners, he isn’t exactly Oprah. LOL
No, he’s not Oprah, thank God, he is far more than she, and I beg to differ on his likability.
Imagine if the Republican party singled out for destruction a private citizen who spoke their mind politically.

Thank you Rush for speaking the truth, saying what the American people have no voice to say and doing it boldly, without fear!
The outrageous hypocrites of the DCCC and the old media hoped that President Bush failed for eight years and actively lied to and deceived the American people every day with that agenda.
Thank you Rush for being there for us! We hope you succeed for America!
