Obama just promised transparency via a new website (Recovery.gov), but that site says nothing will be posted until after the legislation is passed. How is THAT transparency? Sort of like saying, “I’ll tell you what is in your meal after you eat it.” You can barf all you want later, but you’ve still eaten a s*** sandwich.

Oh how quickly we forget. Right after Clinton was elected into office he got Congress to pass the largest tax increase in American history. It was that package that led to the GOP takeover in 1994. I say, “Let them pass this monstrousity of a bill,” and then watch America rise up in arms when they finally see all the pork that was passsed in the name of “economic stability.”

Ironic that this thread shows a picture of dead pigs. When I watched those “business leaders” supporting Obama at the press conference it was like watching piglets at the teat. Especially that comment about not trying for “perfection” in this bill. Translation: “The heck with America and it’s socialist future. I want “Mine” Now!”

This is such a scam and I’ve e-mails and called senators and reps all morning and last night.
Even Snowe got two calls and an e-mail from me and I’m at the bottom of the country while she’s at the top.
