Shows up two hours later than Bush, cranks up the thermostat on the taxpayers dime. Only a week in and Obama already showing his true colors. Elitism, and 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality already starting to wear people thin. I do not see his approval ratings staying high for very long as he is all style, no substance.

He’s our Pop President. Casual is the name of the game as his frontmen (thugs) do his dirty work. And the taxpayers foot the bill.

“hen Mr. Bush wanted to see a member of his staff, the aide was summoned to the Oval Office. But Mr. Obama tends to roam the halls”
KInd of like that manager you had that never did any work, they were never at their desk because they were just wandering around the building all day.

Elitism, and 'do as I say, not as I do' mentality already starting to wear people thin. I have my doubts. Reagan and Bush never removed their coats in the Oval Office. Clinton ... well ... removing his coat was the least of our worries. I imagine the socialists are happy to have any president at all and thrilled to have one who (so far) keeps his pants on at work.

seriously, what’s the big deal on this stuff?
he works out before work instead of in the middle, big deal.
so, he cranks up the heat, again, so? means he’s less likely to blast the air conditioning in the summer.
no jacket? sorry, that just doesn’t seem like a big deal. come on, there’s so many more important issues to worry about instead of wasting time on this petty crap.
i’d be more concerned that the biggest thing that nyt is going after him on is whether or not he wears a jacket. what about the stimulus? what about the arabian interviews? birth certificate? his connections to know corrupt officials?

There was, however, a logical explanation: Mr. Obama, who hates the cold, had cranked up the thermostat. Hes from Hawaii, O.K.?So, naturally he moves to Chicago.

Isn’t there a Federal law on the themostat setting in Federal Buildings?
Somebody should sue to enforce them.

Let’s all send the WH a message that we have to wear sweaters in order to be GREEN for conservation and we expect the WH to do the same.
We need to make an issue every time we catch him not living up to his campaign speeches!
I am sending one now. Please join me.

Hes from Hawaii, O.K.? said Mr. Obamas senior adviser, David Axelrod, who occupies the small but strategically located office next door to his boss. He likes it warm. You could grow orchids in there.
WTF is he from Illinois, Hawaii or Kenya?
