A Colorado man has been indicted on charges of threatening to kill President Barack Obama and blow up the Mall of America in suburban Minneapolis.
A federal grand jury in Denver handed up the indictment Tuesday against 20-year-old Timothy Ryan Gutierrez of Cortez.

I know a couple of people that work at the MOA.....
Natural born citizen?
Let me guess... He’s pissed because Obama hasn’t paid the guy’s mortgage, bought him a new car, etc.
I’m sure he’ll be tied to the GOP by the MSM, somehow....
Sometimes the fibbies are totally humorless and devoid of knowledge of popular literary references.
Did Roger Staubach and Drew Pearson already lay waste to area in 1975? ;)
True story, in 1997 I went to Bloomington MN on a business trip. I wanted to see the old stadium, didn’t realize that the MOA was built on the old grounds until I saw homeplate at the MOA.
Completely and utterly UNACCEPTABLE! Imagine all of the innocent people that would be injured or killed at Mall of America!
Timothy Ayres and Obama fighting again?
the two are related how
Yep. The old Met Stadium and the ice arena....
Sentence: 1 count of threatening to blow up MOA; 1 week suspended sentence. 1 count of threatening President Messiah; 3 consecutive life terms hard labor.
“It would be very difficult to blow the entire mall.”
Ok that has got to be the funniest thing i’ve read today.
From another news source.....
“Federal court records also say he emailed the FBI with a threat against the mall: “I have rigged 40 pounds of C4 [a moldable plastic explosive] ... and my favorite TNT to 7 cars outside the Mall of America.”
My uncle hit the last MLB homerun at the Met. I never imagined I would get an opportunity to brag about that. Thanks
