CLEVELAND -- The aunt of President Barack Obama, who was living in Cleveland for a time, will get to stay in the United States for now.
A judge issued a stay in the deportation case of Zeituni Onyango, 56.
She fled to Cleveland from Boston last year when it was made known that she had been illegally in the United States since

Folks need to remember that within weeks Obama will be seeking to legalize all illegal aliens, so this will fade into the woodwork.

And doncha’ just wonder if this special treatment is to keep her quiet about where our Kenyan-born president was born? (was that redundant?)
IOW - she can stay until this gets back under the radar.

“She hasn’t reached out to him and he just found out about it before the election,” said Mike Rogers. “I don’t know what he can do at this point accept let it go through the legal system.”

Obama won’t help support his extended family members so we Americans will be forced to finance his aunt’s vacation!

U.S. President-elect Barack Obama’s 87-year-old Kenyan grandmother, Sarah Obama, sounded upbeat on Thursday, saying she was set to attend her grandson’s presidential inauguration ceremony in Washington later this month.
Sarah, who lives at the Obama’s ancestral home at Kogelo village in Western Kenya, has been issued with a visa by the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi and was Thursday making last touches for her flight due on Jan. 15.
Obama’s Kenyan granny was in Kenya’s lakeside city of Kisumu with her son, Said Obama to send her passport photograph to the U.S. State Department via Internet.
“They wanted some documents very urgently, so we came to send them,” Sarah told journalists in Kisumu.
Said Obama is among family members traveling with Sarah to witness the big occasion. The list of the family members in the trip is not yet out but sources said five of them would travel.
Said and his mother also did not disclose who is paying for the trip. Sarah was also said to be shopping for a perfect gift for her grandson.
“She has to carry a gift because she has been told she will meet him face-to-face after the inauguration. She is very excited,” a family member told Xinhua.
Ain’t that special.

Just an “innocent mistake.” Immigration could not deport her in a private jet.
Investigate! What did the President know and when did he know it? Who got a Quid Pro Quo? Why is she above the law? Change? I don’t think so.
She is not a natural born American citizen. Will she be running for Senator?
Interstate flight, certainly. But no prosecution, which was specifically or implicitly declined before she went to a deportation hearing. The result of the hearing is nothing more than an administrative finding of deportability or nondeportability (it’s not referred to as deportation anymore - it’s called removal).
