Obama can't release any papers showing he was born in the US because he wasn't!

Simply releasing certified documents could have cleared this up months ago.

We have a fraudulent pretender living in the White House.

There is no other reasonable explanation for his continued refusal to produce a valid birth certificate.

So, if I understand this correctly, Hollister is a member of the armed forces, and he is suing to find out if Soetoro/Obama is a lawful president, because, as a member of the armed forces, Hollister may in the future have to perform duties and/or follow orders given by Soetoro/Obama. Hollister’s “asset” is his military status.

If that is what this case says, I think it's a good idea. Technically, since noon on January 20th, everything the military has done, all orders followed, are from Soetoro/Obama. If he is not a lawful president, then the military has acted illegally (is that right?). What a can of worms that could open!

It’s important to understand that Hollister is not claiming injury due to fraud or misrepresentation. Also, Hollister is not seeking compensation or recovery of funds due to fraud or misrepresentation.

Hollister is asking the Court to hear witnesses and examine the evidence to determine who is the rightful person to receive the asset he now holds. His asset is his duty to sacrifice liberty if recalled by order of the Commander in Chief.

As pointed out in the filing, the Court has held assets in Interpleader cases can be intangible assets with a minimum value of $500 or more.

Is the refusal to show his BC to cover up his true heritage, not where he was born?

He released a document verifying his eligibility only on the internet. Has anyone responsible for verifying his eligibility ever seen the actual document?

The document he posted on the internet is suspected to be a forgery. What has Obama (Mr transparency) done to show that it is not a forgery?

A few dollars and weeks will get a state issued and stamped,verifiable birth certificate copy from most any place in the U.S.,even from "backwards" Kentucky .

That's not the way it works. The evidence would be produced if a case was ever heard. Since they have not been, it is not produced.

There is nothing "badly hacked" about it.

And if you ask Hawaii to do that, what you get is precisely the document that was scanned and posted on the internet.

All this birther stuff is made up arguments with made up facts. It's a myth. The reality is Obama was born in Honolulu and he won the election because the economy sucked. In four years, if the economy still sucks, he'll lose. Some of us have such a hard time accepting that we're willing to sound like the "Bush was selected not elected" crowd. This stuff is no more true than that was.

Of course not.

No one can possibly know that. Since the law in Hawaii is that no one except Obama can get it, and no court has ordered him to do so, he probably has had to spend almost nothing.

The "millions of dollars" fantasy is like the "travel to Pakistan forbidden to Americans" lie - just made up out of whole cloth.
