Obama Born In The U.S. ? New Facts Say; “Probably Not!”

Let me be the first to admit that I have been a constant debunker of the “Obama Born Overseas” stories. How could it be possible? How could the DNC, Hillary, Edwards, the RNC, McCain, Romney, AP, BBC, ABC, FNC, etc, (and every 100th listing in the DC phone book) not have checked this out to its last level of possibility?

Well, it appears that they didn’t! Everyone assumed “the other guy did it.”

Forget for the moment all the clues left by the high-priced Obama and DNC legal teams. They are huge.

Obama and the DNC always argue “standing.” They could eliminate every legal challenge in 5 minutes by simply producing a certified copy of the original long-form birth certificate. Throw in the testimony of the Hawaii Registrar of Documents, a few retired FBI chief document examiners, and the doctor who delivered him for good measure.

If they did that in two or three courts of record, in light of the obvious media coverage it would receive, every other court nationwide would accept the precedence and the cases would all be over.

But they don’t. They keep telling the courts, “please don’t hear this case.” No proof of any kind. Just the legalese argument that the plaintiffs have no standing before that court.

That’s so overreaching, it’s like buying a refinery to get a 3000 mile oil change! And one day, some court is going to say…. “Show me the money, er,. ah, I mean, Show me the documents!”

But there is a second, and perhaps new point!

Where is that doctor who delivered him, or the midwife?

Stop and think. The delivery of a half Negro – half Caucasian baby was rare anyhere in 1961. Oriental babies were common in Hawaii of course, but a half Negro-half Caucasian baby with the funny name of Barrack Obama, in Hawaii? In 1961?

Even of you were a Republican, if you delivered a future President of the United States, wouldn’t you call some newspaper somewhere with your story. Or if you were the assistant obstetrician, or the anesthesiologist, or the scrub nurse?

What about the circulating nurse, or the pediatrician, one of a dozen nurses on the 24 hour-a-day shifts in the nursery, one of many nurses on the ward where Mrs. Obama would have stayed for three days, a records registrar, a technician of any kind, hell, even the janitor!

What about the clerks, ambulance drivers….. somebody ?!?!?!

Anybody ?!?!?!

Wouldn’t someone have been yelling their “credit” for this from the rooftops???? The date when he was born is (supposedly) known. Certainly all these (supposed) people would know where they were working then!

Where is somebody, anybody, who was there or even remembers the birth?

And WHY is it that even though John McCain was asked to, and did, show his and have it ruled he was natural born, NO ONE, Dem or R ever pressed the one about his? How many of them know and refuse to address it. Out of fear? or more nefarious reasons perhaps?

You are missing my point...I am stating that I agree with the description of the privacy rights you advance, but I am saying that anyone who even mentions this (assuming that there is anyone who knows about it) is asking for litigation from the obama Machine that no one in his right mind would ask to to be subjected to. Therefore, if I were a nurse, I wouldn’t say S*** if I had a mouthful because if I got involved in a lawsuit, who would come to my assistance?

I am worried about our rights...I was merely stating my opinion as to why people are not likely to come forward, even if they existed (which I doubt they do.) Chill a little, ok?

Prior to 1986 you didn't need a social security number until you had earned wages to report on a 1040.  My mother for example didn't have a SSN until she was 62 at my father's death.  And then it was his number with a suffix of  'D' (widow over 60 years of age).

I didn't get mine until I was 14.  My oldest son not until he was 16 and only then because it was 1986 and the law changed requiring SSN's generally for all those over the age of five.

There are still many religious groups in America today that don't have SSNs, legally.  "Social Security was originally a universal tax, but when Medicare was passed in 1965, objecting religious groups in existence prior to 1951 were allowed to opt out of the system. Because of this, not every American is part of the Social Security program, and not everyone has a number."

The Area Number, the first three digits, is assigned by the geographical region. Prior to 1973, cards were issued in local Social Security offices around the country and the Area Number represented the office code in which the card was issued. This did not necessarily have to be in the area where the applicant lived, since a person could apply for their card in any Social Security office. Since 1973, when SSA began assigning SSNs and issuing cards centrally from Baltimore, the area number assigned has been based on the ZIP code in the mailing address provided on the application for the original Social Security card. The applicant's mailing address does not have to be the same as their place of residence. Thus, the Area Number does not necessarily represent the State of residence of the applicant, neither prior to 1973, nor since.

his sister says Obama was born at one of two hospitals in Hawaii(I forget the names)

My sister is only 4 years younger than I. I doubt that if anyone asked her what hospital I was born in she would remember having been told by my parents at sometime in her life. We lived in Pittsburgh, there are several hospitals there. I don't think I even know what hospital she was born in, although I could guess, I couldn't say with certanity, and I know my parents never made a big deal of telling me as though that was particularly important to remember. I was four, how could I remember anyway?

I can, however, recall the doctor because it was the same doctor who delivered me, my sister and 13 years later my brother. Yet, I really can't even remember where he was born, and I was in 8th grade and visited my Mom in there. Maybe I am unusually forgetful, but the hospital name just was not something I thought was important, so why would Obama's sister have retained that information? Unless...for some reason....the family drilled that into her "just in case," they were trying to cover up some other truth, or she just has pretended to remember for her brother's sake.

And where any one of us in my family was born was not ever a discussion that left some lasting impression or seemed significant for any reason. The date was all that was important and, like most people I have talked with, it is the same with them and their families.

I know about where my birth took place, because the hospital name is on my Birth Certificate, along with the doctor's name, time, date, registar's name, and other information that is not on the phony one produced by Obama!

For his sister to say "Obama was born one of two hospitals" is not a verification of anything that makes it positively true!

He supposedly very conveniently passed away mid way through The One's run for the White House. Of course without the long form birth certificate, we don't know if that doctor, who stopped practicing about 5 years before Barack was born, is the "doctor of record" on the BC or not.

There was a notice published in a Hawaiian newspaper of his birth, but it could have been placed there using information on the certificate of live birth rather than the birth certificate. A photo of the notice has been circulated around FR and other websites.

“There is no difference between a certificate and a certification of live birth in the eyes of the state. For instance, either can be used to confirm U.S. citizenship to obtain a passport or state ID.”

The court found that Hawaiian law makes the COLB valid for all purposes with the exception of determining native Hawaiian heritage for certain state and federal benefits.

So there is no question that Obama is a citizen. But to determine Hawaiian heritage, the actual birth certificate must be produced.

I can say that at 9 years old I started looking for mine. Because I was adopted and was never told the truth. But I knew. I then asked for my brothers and it had been sealed and a new one replaced with adoptive information. Later in life the only birth certificate left on the planet for my brother was handed over by a relative.

My kids have theirs handy because it became something you had to have for passports and college, etc. I ordered several after the first problem so we had them available.
