Jindal Continues to Push for Tougher Sex Offender Guidelines

After a state law allowing the death penalty for child rapists was overturned, Governor Jindal says it's time for more stringent rules to crack down on sex offenders.

Some of those guidelines the Governor is suggesting would force sex offenders to inform both neighbors and employers about their criminal past.

Also, sexual predators would be subject to castration, if they break the law more than once. The Governor also wants to target those who use the internet as their hunting ground.

"We absolutely will go after those monsters online. It's so important that we as parents, however, know what our children are doing with those computers, we know who they communicate with" says Jindal.

In the meantime, officials say they'll crack down on those using unsecured wireless routers for child pornography.

Offenders will be tracked on popular networking sites to make sure they're not conversing with minors.

I would be happy if these laws were used to go after the real sex offenders, but at the risk of sounding like a pedophile apologist, they use these laws for an overarching purpose to go after other people for things like public urination. The justice system is intentionally retarded in this regard, I believe because they consider these laws bad laws and so they must be enforced strictly. As such I believe there is a hidden agenda to get sex with minors legalized. What better way than to nail as many innocents as possible?

This goes back to old concept of creating a problem, to become the solution, to establish greater control. Where is the greater control? To have sex legally with non-adults.

Governor Jindal is the MAN! This is the one the Moonbats fear and will continue to fear. When a Conservative/Republican can be elected Governor of Louisiana then there is not any doubt that person can get their message out to the people.

force sex offenders to inform both neighbors and employers about their criminal past.

Can you imagine hearing your doorbell ring and the guy standing there says "Hello, I'm your neighbor, and I have a history of committing sex crimes". Talk about someone who would be less welcome than Jehovah's Witnesses.
