Perhaps. His attorneys will probably raise the issue of a prompt trial. Then there's the admissability of evidence, al-Nashiri having been waterboarded by the evil Bush-Cheney cabal. He'll probably be convicted, but the victims families have every reason to be upset.

Then again, the Obama administration has raised rendition as a possible solution. I don't know his middle east connections, but if he's sent to the Saudis, they'll either release him or behead him.

If he is rendered to another country then I will be alarmed. I don't see it happening though.
