The measure is expected to be approved in the next few days.

I thought der Fuhrer said it had to be passed today or the world was going to end.

They consider 2 possible GOP turncoats to be considered bipartisan agreement?? They are nuts. I am sure the rest of the repubs will be speaking out so the American people know that this Socialist porkfest is a piece of RAT shit.

You’ve got that right!

I’d rather see Democrats in there than people on our own side who continually F us at will.

LIEberman is certainly showing his true colors.

If we can keep it to 2 or 3 Reps, then I’m good with it.

Because this economy is tanking with or without additional spending or any other stimulus (including tax cuts). We hosed because of the debt.

This Dems will be blamed for the crash because of this bill. So, if this is what it takes to do some house-cleaning (and Senate cleaning) next year, so be it.

A Dem from IL just called Savage and said it is a jobs bill for Dems/union workers ONLY. It is designed not to kick in until 2011/2012 to get O re-elected. It is a MEGA MEGA patronage jobs bill to turn America into Chicago.

It is designed to KILL KILL KILL the GOP in 2010 and 2012.

Really? It looks to me like they represented the DNC position just about perfectly. Is there a typo or something?

The typo was that they falsely state that both sides have reached an agreement.

This isn’t going to be over for quite a while, if ever!

Jobs! Jobs! Jobs!

Just in time for election 2010, 2012! (Some say.)

Chicago goes national! Tens of thousands of jobs for Party loyalists.

The Rat Party's (formerly the traditional Democratic Party) ratronage will soon be fact.

McCain is still surprised every time he "reaches across the aisle" and draws back a bloody stump. The guy must wake up in a new world every morning...

ANY “stimulus” plan that contains anything other than actual tax cuts(none of this “rebate” nonsense) is deadly to the economy and I hope is deadly to reelection chances of any Republican that votes for it.

It’s imperative that we keep up the resistance. They are all betting that everyone will shut-up and accept it once it’s passed because that’s what always happens.

I say we ratchet it up. Tell America what these corrupt politicians pushed on us. Detail every payback, every socialist program and ask each time, how does this stimulate the economy. Keep screaming like it’s still in debate.

If they say 3 Republicans voted for it too we say shame on them!

And shame on the 300 Democrats and the Democratic President who shoved this down American’s throats!

Folks - I know things are looking rough but if you go to a variety of liberal web sites, you will see a huge groundswell of anger. Even NPR. The fact is many Dems know that this has a good chance of making things worse and will ruin any idea of a permanent socialistic future. They understand that the gradual, year-by-year approach was doing fine but now with the super-sizing of government in cost and tentacles in just 17 days has many spooked.

Now many are actually listening to the idea that tax cuts are the way and some spending that proves immediate. They are also terrified about the thousands of stories of waste that will come about and it will almost exclusively beDems.

So buck up. The Dems have rammed through a very unpopular bill that will become more unpopular in the coming days (after reconcilation and final votes, unless they get some sense) and weeks and months ahead. We have the power to instantly fight this outrage that we never had before. Thank God for the internet and talk radio.

Exactly, all they needed was one R vote to have the rat media wing present it as “bipartisan”, and that’s just what they’re doing. They know it’s a joke, but they love to laugh at the “G”OP’s expense.
