I guess Walmart will need to post signs in its Garden Centers “Caution: Watch for venomous snakes” and “Caution: Do not play with snakes in Garden Center” and “Warning: Do Not Pet Snakes”.

“........company should have taken steps to prevent the attacks after they happened before.”

What a brilliant piece of writing. /s

Yet, he keeps returning. Must not have hurt too much.

Richitelli says he still has respiratory problems and scars from the 2008 bite. But he's been back to Wal-Mart several times, saying their prices are too good to shop elsewhere.

Reminds me of a Southpark episode.

As long as you don’t sue just because you went blind as a result.

Calling them pygmy’s hurts their feelings. No wonder he was bitten.

I’d say that if he was a pygmy Floridian then he might have a case.

Why does he live in FL? They have the biggest rattlers and cottonmouths down there. Ought to be thankful he’s not really hurt.

I remember a guy was bitten in the Wal-Mart in Ft. Walton Bch. He said he didn’t intend to sue but thought they should pay his medical bills.

I have no idea if they did or not.

Some of these stories are written so poorly I sometimes wonder if they are written by fourth-graders. Why was the rattler in the store? What were the circumstances leading up to the bite? What could Walmart have done to prevent this? Where was the snake when it bit the man? Did the snake come from environs outside the store or was it transported there in merchandise or by some party for nefarious reasons?

In other news: Cars raced yesterday in the Daytona 500 and there were wrecks and someone won the race. Sports teams of all kinds played yesterday; some won, some lost. There was weather all over the country yesterday and there will likely be weather tomorrow. There is a new development in the Blago Scandal.

Snakes in WalMart?

I didn’t know that Hillary, Michelle, Nancy, Barney Franks, Michael Moore, Maxine Waters, et al. shopped at WalMart?

Feel free to add the names of gubmint traitors to your list of favorite WalMart shoppers, etc.

How is this Wal-Mart’s fault? Sounds like the snakes slither in. I’m sure the employees would have taken steps to get the snake out had they known about it. I don’t guess they are inviting them into the garden center.

In August, my employer hired a USArmy captain that served in this camp for a short time.

I have this photo on my hard-drive and when I showed it to him, I knew I had a alsting friendship!

Why not just sue Mother Nature. That’s why the snakes are there! What’s next, suing over a mosquito bite?
