If we get our act together, he’ll only have 2 years to pack those courts.

That depends on how fast the new machine can get busy giving the conservatives on the High Court cancer, massive heart attacks and fatal auto/plane/bicycle "accidents."

Actually, this doesn’t mean anything as far as Obama is concerned. It’s the judge who got slapped down. But Obama can release the prisoners any time he feels like it. He just has to give the orders.

Of course, he doesn’t want to. And nobody wants to take them.

This does certainly vindicate President Bush, but it actually does Obama a favor, which may be why they decided it this way. Who knows? They did manage to wait until after the election to release the decision.

Is ABC “mainstream” enough for you?
http://abcnews.go.com/Politics/wireStory?id=6904586

CBS?

NBC?

It’s unfair and detrimental to the conservative cause to make unfounded chip-on-the-shoulder judgments. There are enough instances of true media bias without wrongly assuming the worst.

Sometimes we falsely assume that the MSM isn’t reporting a story BECAUSE WE DON’T WATCH/READ the MSM.

That’s a terrible approach. If you want to pick a fight with the MSM, it’s best to know thine enemy. Otherwise, you just end up looking and sounding ignorant.

As conservatives, we have a big battle to fight over the next few years. We need to be smart, well-informed, and strategic. Running around carrying big chips on our shoulders will only weigh us down.

In related news, 300,000 gallons of sewage just spilled into the SF Bay.”

That 300,000 gallons is in addition to what spilled into the Oval office on Jan 20, 2009.

If he prays, Obama is praying to lose in court. It would get him out of an untenable situation.

It’s easy to say close Gitmo. Not so easy to figure out the next step.

I think the ruling said that the Excecutive Branch has the power to make this decision, not the courts, so Obama won this one big time. All he has to say is release them to the U.S.

Haven’t heard this on the MSM yet.

The old media NEVER EVER going to let the public know of anything negative on the subject of Bama.

IMPEACH BAMA

I'll bet you believe that Vince Foster really committed suicide all on his own, right? Friends of Bill has morphed into Friends of Barack and they're still happily drawing a paycheck cut by the same folks. Sheesh is right.
