Called my stimulus loving Senator, asked if he liked the market's reaction

I encourage you all to call your Senator's office, let them know you are noting how this market is doing in wake of the stimulus.

The young lady who answered the phone at Nelson's office was NOT happy--being polite through clenched teeth--about me asking if the Senator had said anything lately on the tanking markets.

Just called our newest Oregon Senator Jeff Merkley. The bimbo who answered she “couldn’t speak for the senator” when I asked her about Merkley’s feelings about the stock market tanking since he helped pass the “stimulus package”. I said “you don’t know his feelings on the stock market crashing? That tells me all I need to know.”

Both of my Senators, as well as my House Rep. voted a big, fat "NO" on stimulus, so I don't need to chide them.

Excellent idea though, for those who are unfortunate enough to be represented by a communist. In fact, I'd be intrested in reading more of the responses by the various Congressional offices on here.

I just e-mailed his office expressing what a disgrace this bill was. The fact that he voted for it speaks words about his judgement.

Heard on the ABC radio news during Rush’s show that now a “spokesperson” for people who rent is complaining that they aren’t getting anything from BO’s housing plan. I’m sure that the next rendition of the housing bailout (and there certainly will be another) will have to include free rent for the Pooooor.

The was representative of ACORN of Fox Business channel a few minutes ago claiming that everyone in default of their mortgages had a right to stay in those homes. She also insinuated that it was a right to have the taxpayer pay those mortgages.

I posted the text from that letter yesterday. I particularly enjoyed the part of the letter that told me the stimulus bill did nothing to socialize medicine and then listed three ways in which medicine would be socialized.

I fired off a response email to his office last night and suggested that since he had finished reading "the entire" bill he should now make use of his time to read the dictionary. I helped out by giving him the definition of socialism and then used his three examples to help illustrate.
