I never thought we’d see a Marxist brand of Fascism — at least not here. He’s not wasting any time, is he?

#1) What then is the job of the Secretary of HUD - Housing and
Urban Development?
#2) What the heck does the White House have to say about urban affairs anyway? Has the Constitutional Law Professor forgotten about these little enclaves we call states and that irritating thing known as the 10th Amendment?

“By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, “
#1 Have you ever read the Constitution?
#2 What “authority”, grants you the power to do this?
#3 Cities are for states to deal with. The only “federal city” is DC, and as we’ve seen the Feds have done a bang-up job on that place.

The sucessors of Martin Luther King Jr take absolute control of the cities.
Business had better begin packing on Monday. The cities will become uninhabitable. Staying is a city will ruin the business. If a business is located in a city north od Kentucky/Virginia line it is in bad trouble

Do 80% of Americans live in urban areas??? I suspect if we looked at every page of the ‘Stimulus’ Bill, we would find all his Socialist programs wrapped up in the fine print. He's doing it ALL right away so we will have no power come 2010. The census manipulation will take care of those pesky Republican districts and he will be Dictator for Life. We are so ( To quote Zero) scr****d.

So, I wonder how many people are going to staff the new unit and how many people Obama will end up with in and around the White House directly reporting to him?
We just may be doomed, we are definately screwed.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. This basically amounts to the Federal Executive branch asserting itself as lord over state government. So much for the tenth amendment, but then the Constitution's pretty much shredded already, right?

Republicans need to challenge this as Unconstitutional let the SCOTUS decide if the President can create a cabinet position that coordinates Urban affairs in the States.
Is this a prelude to the Civil Defense force? Maybe they will be called the URBAN TASK FORCE? better known as ACORN.
Obama does not see this country as a Republic.

Why are we wasting all this money on funding Congress when we could send them all home and just let King O rule by fiat? ACORN as part of the Executive Branch - that didn’t take long, did it? If this is how much damage he’s done to our country in less than 30 days, I can’t even begin to imagine the carnage of where we’ll be by the end of the next 47 months of this reign of terror and destruction.
