This basically amounts to the Federal Executive branch asserting itself as lord over state government. So much for the tenth amendment, but then the Constitution's pretty much shredded already, right?

Why are we wasting all this money on funding Congress when we could send them all home and just let King O rule by fiat? ACORN as part of the Executive Branch - that didn’t take long, did it? If this is how much damage he’s done to our country in less than 30 days, I can’t even begin to imagine the carnage of where we’ll be by the end of the next 47 months of this reign of terror and destruction.
