The Hobbesians believe, as you know, that people are basically fearful and need an authoritative government to control them.

And Liberals believe that people are basically stupid and they need the elite, need government to take care of them. This Richard guy is the "hobbesian"

Liberals are so stupid they don't even recognize their own agendas, their own thoughts as socialist. They are people who purport to be compassionate and sensitive and in reality are selfish and clueless.
