WASHINGTON – A U.S. senator has weighed in on the continuing controversy over Barack Obama's eligibility for office by saying he has never seen proof the new president was actually born in Hawaii.
"Well, his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii, but I haven't seen any birth certificate," Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., told constituents in Cullman County. "You have to be born in America to be president."

Zer0 either cannot produce a valid COLB or he wants to prove he’s bigger than the U.S. Constitution by letting this issue grow. I cannot say which.
If he is found to be ineligible to be president, all EO’s, all laws he signs, all orders he issued to the military, all cabinet appointments and their changes to regulations will all become null and void. Essentially, we reset back to January 19, 2009.

In February 2009, Senator Shelby joined the ranks of hundreds of thousands of Americans when he questioned President Barack Obama’s status as a natural born citizen of the United States. Although questioning the veracity of President Obama’s citizenship could hardly be described as racially motivated (particularly given the Senator’s political record), Senator Shelby’s comments are seen by many liberals as perpetuating racially motivated rumors about the President.
I shudder at the civil unrest it will precipitate, however
I welcome it. It would clean out some of the vermin.
McCain had the additional claim to being a natural born citizen because the Panama Canal Zone was a U.S. Territory when he was born.
I’m waiting for Senator Cornyn to step forward on this. I believe he will....soon.
As a small group of Freepers and a few others know, there is thugalicious ( get used to that word, a new Freeper term)skulduggery afoot in America over this very issue that Shelby has raised. And I believe that skulduggery, governmental abuse of Americans who have spoken out, is the reason Dick Shelby has opened this matter in the press.

I've let my driver's license expire, and among other things, have to have my birth certificate, immigration papers or something else they accept; luckily I happened to have one on hand. It has to have the raised seal. They will not accept the hospital copy with the footprints which I once had but has long since disappeared.
Mine has my full name, sex, DOB, time, place, hospital, mother's full maiden name, father's full name, medical attendant (doctor in my case), date of filing, Cert #, and issue date of the certified copy, signed by deputy. The filing was delayed by 9 days, must have been the way it was then.
Nowhere does it say anything about race.
On the bottom it says in bold "ALTERATIONS - VOID THIS INSTRUMENT".
Can anyone name the last President who we did not have volumes of information available shortly after winning election? it seems in my lifetime that everything one could want to possibly know was made available.
The only reason we do not know the entire anal exam of this POS is because if we did it would scare the bat crap out of us.
