I heard on Fox News that Arlo Guthrie is protesting porkulus??? I guess just like this old hippie, he grew up, probably married and raised some kids. Nothing like children depending on a person to make them start using their brain.

GVnana - I also can’t be there, due to a court filing. However, I would let the folks at KSFO 560 in San Francisco know, especially Brian Sussman. They’re pretty good at mobilizing the troops for events in Sacramento (a la the Recall).

Unless hundreds of thousands of people across the U.S. take to the streets, you are the entertainment. I’m pretty sure that Obama and his friends aren’t quaking in their boots about a small number of people - almost all of whom voted for the GOP - engaging in a small number of protests that will probably soon peter out.
If anyone wants to have a far greater impact, go out and embarrass a stimulus bill supporter on video by asking them a question that will make them look bad:
