He has a sing-song cadence, like he is talking to a group of 4th graders.

It's like Mr. Jindal’s Neighborhood...I'm waiting for him to go hang up his cardigan. Terrible speech, horrible delivery, crappy audio. If this is our rising star we're in trouble.

I don’t think he is horrible — he uplifting IMO and went after the Dems on the trillion dollar spending bill.

I think a lot is the awful audio feed on FOX that cut in and out every few seconds. It really ruined the flow of the speech. Not that it was even a speech, really. I bet you can go back and look at the last 20 responses to State of the Unions and not one of them was really memorable or led to anything. Do you even remember who gave the responses to any of Bush’s speeches?
