Rule by fear or rule by law? (Operation "ENDGAME" to round up dissidents?)
The San Francisco Chronicle ^ | February 4, 2008 | Lewis Seiler and Dan Hamburg

Posted on 02/27/2009 3:56:59 PM PST by 2ndDivisionVet

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."

Let’s get one thing straight....if these ‘camps’ exist, they ‘certainly’ ain’t for no immigrants, illegal aliens, foreign terrorists or otherwise. They are for what are traditionally called ‘dissidents’ in the rest of the world. For your folks out there in FR land - US!

That's funny, the only people who've copped to such a plan here in the US are committed communists.

This sounds like the left using a bogus story to justify what they're planning, again.

The only thing that is BS is whom the intended detainees are to be.

And watch out for small projectiles coming at ~2000fps.

They're called Paatriot Microchips® and are intended to be implanted in terrorists and jack-booted thugs

The implant is specifically designed to be installed in the forehead and, when properly installed, will allow the “implantee” to speak directly to God.

They come in various sizes:

OK so what do they have to lose by printing it now. You know there wasn't any fair and balanced urge that spurred them on, What they want is some incident that will trigger martial law.

I have friends in the Bay Area, they think the left wing rag Chronicle is finished. Layoffs have been brutal in SV.

When our country revolts against the Obama presidency ( only a matter of time),then the final phase of his attempt to convert the USA into a nationalist socialist ( fascist)
state will happen.Likely it will employ these detention facilities described in this thread article.

By then, many Americans will have exited the country, but this will consitute only a very small fraction of America.

For a comprehensive list of these camps you can see:

http://www.mindfully.org/Reform/2004/FEMA-Concentration-Camps3sep04.htm

Videos of some of these locations are available here:

http://technorati.com/videos/tag/fema

http://www.northernresistance.info/fema.html

Obama already has his population control facilities in place. They were designed for illegal aliens, or for biologial warfare treatment of the injured. They will now be used by Obama for the mass fascist incarceration of patriot resistance to his government.

When the purse-carrying, bed-wetting rappers, chicken-sh*t liberals and organic vegetable-sucking hippies start rounding up Americans for the ovens, give me a call.

There is no “obuma security force,” Never will be. The average American leftist is a thumb-sucking, egomaniacal coward, more interesting in scoring some leftist chick, watching porno or getting stoned and drunk.

And please, spare me your fairy tales about the fat ATF slobs in the ninja clown suits who will go house-to-house rounding up 200 million arms.

>>>Good luck with rounding up everyone.<<<

They won’t have to. Several well-placed detentions should be enough to cause most people to cower, and since this is the United States, and not Russia or China, the rest of us will be given a sugary mix of entertainment and bribes. Those instituting the incarcerations will be dour bureaucrats, none of whom will be to blame for carrying out the regulations, and the essence of responsibility will be like the fog, everywhere and nowhere. Keep your guns. Who do you shoot - the civil servant at her desk? The guy in a cubicle? I can even see those detained given the option of a weekend workshop at a posh resort to work out your antagonisms toward the state, followed by a nice little contract stating that you promise to never do it again, and then it’s back to home and work. Leno will make little jokes about it. Jon Stewart will smirk.

We’re not Stalinist Russia. The shackles imposed by the American state will be individually fitted for comfort and lined with a special cloth to reduce chafing and itching, and come in many designer styles.

Think of the future like one of those invisible dog fences. Get zapped, back off, don’t go that far again, but inside the boundaries - you’re free, aren’t you? Strays will be handed with firmness, gentleness, even love. Only the very few who never seem to learn will be dealt with harshly - and even then, with a look of a disappointed elementary school teacher sending a kid to the principal.

Fascism is shaped by culture. I expect ours to be as distinctive as the fascism in other places.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Haliburton really did end up being evil? Only by the time their plan came to fruition, the country was being run by a marxist, instead of an eeevil conservative. Then, as a result, Cheney gets sent to his own camps!

Of course, there was never anything to the "evil" Haliburton stuff anyway.

Every time a Freeper mentions these camps (which are usually described as being close to major highway or rail corridors so that dissidents can be transported there efficiently) I ask them to provide the location of a single camp.

So far, no one has been able to provide me with a location.

I’m not saying that this stuff about the camps is true (I can tell you, for instance, that there’s not a concentration camp at the Savannah Army Depot, I know people who’ve worked there), but one thing that would explain some of the haphazard way Obama has been going about his first 30+ days is if he could care less what’s in the stimulus (or how other actions are remembered) because he plans to be king and it doesn’t matter a whit whether it’s the best bill ever or if it gives every American two pedicures a week, because little or none of it would ever take effect.

Nice post. There’s also the fact that any crisis (real or fake) that justified martial law would also have to convince the average soldier that he should be rounding up Joe Blow and putting him in a concentration camp. That’s a tall order.

Found your comments very interesting and astute...tell me please is there anyone we can trust...anyone? I am afraid. I want to trust my government, my leaders, the ones more intelligent than I. I don’t like feeling vunerable and helpless and the future of my nation and my own loved ones is becoming a deep concern for me. Maybe ignorance is bliss, I wish I never heard of Operation “ENDGAME” or any other covert agendas real or imagined. My husband believes he will never witness marshal law enforced in our communuty, I feel that is a naive attitude, and perhaps I am simpleminded and overly imaginative, but I will trust my intuition and state: if we think we are not deceived. we already are. but again the question is by whom?
