A California lawsuit seeking documentation from Occidental College that could verify the nationality under which Barack Obama entered the school points out that the state formerly reviewed presidential candidates and disqualified those who were ineligible.
The arguments are raised in paperwork submitted by Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation, which has brought a lawsuit over Obama's eligibility.
Defense lawyers for Obama are trying to quash the request for Occidental records, arguing that any objections to Obama's presidential candidacy and victory should have been raised in Congress at the time of the Electoral College vote.
However, according to documentation in the lawsuit, the secretaries of state in California previously have exercised their election authority and have rejected candidates who did not qualify.

Seriously, the longer the delay, the more chance he and his minions have of making sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed on the new and improved versions of documents. If not, then he'll just stomp his feet claiming his white granny never told him and that since he's so established in office the country should do away with such bothersome requirements. Besides, it was the idea of a bunch of old white dudes who wanted to keep the blacks down on the plantation (and you know what I'm talking about) and this is the younger, hipper, and hotter generation.
Wishful thinking. The majority of the country is still under his spell. It'll be Reginald Denny on a nationwide scale.
The MSM is in the tank for their boy. They will not be reporting it. I do not understand why Fox is not reporting it. I think they are afraid, just like Hannity and Rush are.
I think they are afraid of what would happen if BO was taken out. You can guess what that would be.
I’m not so sure. As time passes, I’m more inclined to think that Barry Soetoro may have been born in Hawaii, but that’s not the problem he’s so desperate to hide. My hunch is that he played the short con w/the admissions and tuition assistance offices at Occidental — it’s never been explained how his grandparents could afford the tuition — and it may well be that he used the ambiguity of his national identity to ‘get one over on whitey’ at a time when colleges were bending over backwards in their attempts to appear diverse and ‘nurturing.’ This would explain why he needs to hide his birth certificate AND his college records.
I am a big fan of taking a state like California (as an example) and making it a “Black Homeland”. Give it over to Jesse and Obama and offer all the blacks in this country some $ amount for reparations as long as they give up their citizenship and move to their new utopia. All other blacks (or whites/reds/yellows/greens) who choose to stay in the country will be citizens just like everyone else and will be required to stand on their own and not a “protected” racial group.
Back to the riots. If the blacks think that they will do anything more than damage their own communities, they are wrong. If any whites are harmed, it will be the libs. That is the last group of people the blacks should want to harm, given that white libs are the one who extend “protected” status to the blacks. Conservative whites like myself are able to protect themselves from this type of behavior. I pity the black who tries to break into my home or harm my family. It will be the last time they riot.

The ONLY people who have standing to bring a lawsuit to SCOTUS are Senators who were in office when BHO was in the Senate.
SCOTUS will not let the lawsuits be introduced for arguments BASED ON THE CONSTITUTION.
If these Lawyers want to bring a Lawsuit, I propose bringing a lawsuit against the entire SENATE for failure to “Judge” the “Qualifications” of then Senator BHO.”
If this is true, every atty bringing suit needs to see this. Would it require a massive class action suit against the senate? .. and even with a suit against the senate, could it really force them to actually make the inquirys? If we’re counting on the likes of Polosi or Reed to be fair minded, then it’s moot. .. not going to happen. (not without a massive media circus to expose the con coverup - which is highly unlikely)
I think that he knows that he will eventually be found out. That explains his rush to do as much damage as quickly as possible.
They’ll tear up mostly their own neighborhoods.
That is most probably an unavoidable conflict - regardless of the Obama issue.
It has been brewing for centuries, and gaining momentum the past 30 years...
