Exactly! Some folks may prefer a permitted/organized event, but I was expounding on the original idea of a much more back-to-the-basics event of We The People exercising our Constitutional Right to peaceably assembly, and stand on a soap box to play a guitar or speak to those who choose to listen (on their way to the National Museum of Art).

Have everyone bring either vinegar or baking soda. We then dump them into fountains or any other pool of water. The resulting chemical reaction produces Carbon Dioxide and water.

We know it is harmless, but it might get the envrio wackos upset and livid. That should cause some attention.

Call it civil disobedience.
