WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department on Monday released a long-secret legal document from 2001 in which the Bush administration claimed the military could search and seize terror suspects in the United States without warrants.

The legal memo was written about a month after the Sept. 11 terror attacks. It says constitutional protections against unlawful search and seizure would not apply to terror suspects in the U.S., as long as the president or another high official authorized the action.

The memo was one of nine released Monday by the Obama administration.

It is becoming clear that Obama hates America so much, that I seriously believe he would launch nuclear weapons at Americans.

And that's the point I've been waiting for someone to bring up. Not that I necessarily agree with your evaluation, but the disposition of major military assets is a key element of this distressing chess game we are in.

Obama could easily be compared to Robert Hanssen. Only that hanssen did it for money, Obama on the other hand does it out of the desire to destroy the America of the founding fathers and replace it with a Marxist utopia. SO i say this he has to be removed from office as soon as possible by any means (obama sycophants you can take from that what you will).I know people who lived in Communist Russia and they tell me every day that is what America looks like to them now.

when I was young from 17 to aound 20 years old , I had recurring and very realistic dreams that me and my friends were out in the hills on the run fighting against our own government, I have no idea why, I didn’t hate our government back then, my dad always raised me better than that, it was while vietnam was on. Had them about every nite, I remembered when I’d wake up I’d think, thats odd what was that all about , and I would remember them well, I remember I was very afraid in the dream but brave and determined to win, we had a lot of strategies and worked as a team

This was not for criminal prosecution. This was to interrupt an attack on the United States. This is not much different than asking the military to shoot down an aircraft that poses a known threat to the US.

Lincoln did not start the war. The rebs did. The secessionists were nothing more than glorified outlaws.

That is a bogus, political leftist-liberal-revisionist view of the South, as the South had more dignified statesmen and military leaders than the North ever had!!! They were anything BUT glorified outlaws!!!

The more I see how Obooombi socialist-fascist-communist usurper is taking down our nation day by day, the more I kind of wish the "secessionists" had prevailed 150 yrs ago or so.

We may end with our own version of "secession" if Obooombi continues to destroy & decimate our formerly great USA (or as Oboooombi thinks of it as the USSA)

If you look at contribution amounts to Obama, there are literally millions of them that are odd amounts like $97.53 or $1754.36. Those are very indicative of foreign currency amounts that were converted to dollars.

It was uncovered late in the campaign (but not reported by the fawning media) that the Obama campaign had removed the address verification check on credit card transactions, thereby making it possible for credit card donations from anywhere in the world to be made without checking that they were coming from the US.

I did not know this. More outrage

Excellent observation. And absolutely correct. A documentary needs to be made about Obama's campaign funding shenanigans.

Something stinks big time.

great photos! Were you there? I suspected the Marines would take a dim view of this clown addressing them. I'm sure they just loved him using “ Semper Fi “.

Obozo is willing to do anything to stay in power and further his socialistic, black liberation beliefs. He will open the door wide for terrorists and anyone else who wants to screw with us as long as he stays in power.
