When and What to Do For Organized Protest

When: This should be just prior to the 4th of July holiday. Before Congress recesses for summer break. Middle of June would be probably be perfect and for many other reasons as well.

Where: Washington D.C. and every major American city with a population over 500,000. This allows the entire nation to join in and display unity wherever they are. Many cannot afford a trip to Washington DC

What: Organized protest - It is of utmost importance as Americans of all political parties to state clearly what we want to occur, including problem solving and the approach to problem solving. I have a suggested twist of logic; instead of signs saying stop this or that, we should all have signs that state a solution on them. Even more important will be the promotion of the concept of Liberty as a general theme. Liberty = Free Will, Acceptance of Reward & Consequences of One's Actions

How: Gather feedback of the timing, what we wish to say to our Representatives and specific ideas from your friends and family on what we want to say to our Representatives. Just emailing or phoning this Congress or Senator is ignored. Time for physical demonstrations.

The rallies should be held in every city over 250,000, not 500K. Which looks better? A few dozen rallies of a few thousand or a hundred plus rallies with a thousand or so people in attendance?

Protest organizers need to beware “agents provocateurs”. Leftists have a lot more experience with protests than conservatives & they have always accused their enemies (government, capitalists, conservative governments, etc.) of placing agents provocateurs in the crowd; to incite violence, etc. & thereby give the demonstration bad PR.

The leftists always accuse conservatives of doing what they're doing themselves — so, it's likely they're already thinking about ways to disrupt conservative protests.

The most obvious way is a counter-protest. They're likely to happen. The important thing for conservative protest organizers to do, is avoid being goaded into a physical altercation with the counter-protesters. Expect a lot of provocation.

The less obvious way to disrupt conservative protests is through the use of agents provocateurs sprinkled amongst the conservative demonstrators. These provocateurs may try to incite violence against the counter protesters; or they may attempt to draw police into physical confrontations with the conservative demonstrators.

Agents provocateurs may also carry signs with “offensive” slogans — or chant “offensive” things — in order to smear the conservative demonstrators. The MSM will report the smears, and little else. Boundaries need to be established & enforced (tricky, because the agents provocateurs will then scream that their first amendment rights have been violated — which would also be used as a smear).

The more effective (and therefore threatening to the leftists) conservative demonstrations become — the dirtier the tricks you should expect.

I will say that we need to connect all the conservative groups that are all center right. And I will say that I and about 30 bright minded people have formed a think tank. That this group is already busy finishing the tech to connect the masses, a manifesto to restore our Republic, the media assets to propogate the message to the entire citizenship. But our group needs more connectors beyond myself. More grass roots voluntarism. Having a plan and demonstrating it is the best way for us as emerging leadership to start, that is take risks and demonstate actions, not simply words.

That is why focusing on what we want to say at protest is more important that whom we are attempting to appeal to. But how to prevent disruption (at least in D.C.) is important to consider and I hadn’t thought that far ahead. Ah, the power of collective group think!

Deep insight. You’ve been there too! The Left is insidious and has been working these protests since 1848 or so in Europe and in the US. They are VERY crafty and VERY dangerous.

In addition to demonstrations, think about civil disobedience (legal, of course). General strikes can be effective in gathering attention. “The people” have more power than they think and there are ways of exercising that power from the convenience of their kitchen table.

Something I`ve seen first hand during the first Bush election freeps we staged in Chicago. A “street activist” tried to infiltrate and agitate,when I called him out he got belligerent with me. It took all my reserve and composer to keep from pounding the slime bag into a grease spot.

EVERY county seat, state capitol, city over 100,000 in population and town that houses a congressional office of any kind, at minimum, IMO.

In fact so crafty that it’s more than likely that have plants here in FR watching every comment and discussion too. There should be some way to keep certain things as quiet as possible. Not every person out there needs to know every detail of every plan.

I really like what you’re doing here; definitely ping me about plans going forward. The left has had organized bases like MoveOn and so forth. From time to time, we had good cohesion and organization on the grassroots level like with Sore Loserman 2000 or Support the Troops rallies in 2003, but I can see what we are doing right now as making something that can endure instead of a temporary thing. Good job.

Make sure that someone, preferably a couple of people, have video cameras.

If there are any problems with counter protestors or others, your videographers need to film everything.

That sounds like an essential piece of insurance. Whether or not there are problems with counter protesters, or agitators; the videographers could produce a documentary of the demonstration, for posting on YouTube, etc. The leftists could count on the MSM showing their demonstrations in a positive light — conservative demonstrations will either not be covered; or if covered, will be smeared.

Our think tank has enough collective resources to kick-start reaching the masses on my own dime. It is intellectual capital from FR and other conservative groups that I am at this stage requesting help on.

I will be getting a hold of the networks to get coverage. The Glenn Becks and Hannity’s will love this, but first things first. I must finish the tech concept and financial plan (being written at Wharten in Philadelphia late this month). You all now have friends that will take direct risk on our nations behalf. It is my pleasure to serve this nation. Wish government had opted to utilize this plan, but they of course rejected it despite the bull*hit lipstick about wanting citizen feedback and problem solving online. We are all the cavalry on the hill now. All 300 million of us.

And we will act on this plan within the current laws of the U.S. and when and if this government attempts to shut me down, the open source technology to self-replicate has already been passed to dozens of Patriots. Printing press technology in and of itself is impossible for a hostile government to destroy. For now, let’s attempt a counter by following the rules. How does this create public awareness among the non-networked masses who watch CNN and robotically vote for Democrats? Can we penetrate the mass market via PC? Is there enough of a PC platform?

I suspect the answer is "yes" given the effectiveness of the Obama gang in raising funds internationally in violation of Federal election law.

Better yet, have a two-sided one page flier with solutions on one side, contact information for federal, state and local politicians on the other. The solution side could be standard for all cities, local leaders do the other side.

Let people have signs with both problems and solutions, but pass out lots of fliers. Have a big sign "INFORMATION" near the main flier passer-outer.

I've never had too much problems with infiltraters, however, it seems like if you have a sign with an arrow NOT WITH US! => and have someone stand next to them, they would probably just give up and leave.

O.K. folks, here it is. You may think you are just one voice and what you think won’t make a difference. Well, yes it will and YES, WE CAN!! If you are disgusted and angry with the way Washington is handling our taxes. If you are fearful of the fallout from the wreckless spending of BILLIONS to bailout and “stimulate” without accountability and responsibility then we need to become ONE, LOUD VOICE THAT CAN BE HEARD FROM EVERY CITY, TOWN, SUBURB AND HOME IN AMERICA. There is a growing protest to demand that Congress, the President and his cabinet LISTEN to us, the American Citizens. What is being done in Washington is NOT the way to handle the economic free fall.

So, here’s the plan. On April 1, 2009, all Ameicans are asked to send a TEABAG to Washinton , D.C. You do not have to enclose a note or any other information unless you so desire. Just a TEABAG. Many cities are organizing protests. If you simply search, “New American Tea Party”, several sites will come up. If you aren’t the ‘protester’ type, simply make your one voice heard with a TEABAG. Your one voice will become a roar when joined with millions of others that feel the same way. Yes, something needs to be done but the lack of confidence as shown by the steady decline in the stock market speaks volumes.

This was not my idea. I visited the sites of the ‘New American Tea Party’ and an online survey showed over 90% of thousands said they would send the teabag on April 1. Why, April 1?? We want them to reach Washington by April 15. Will you do it? I will. Send it to; 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Washington , D.C. 20500

Forward this to everyone in your address book.. Visit the website below for more information about the ‘New American Tea Party’. I would encourage everyone to go ahead and get the envelope ready to mail, then just drop it in the mail April 1. Can’t guarantee what the postage will be by then, it is going up as we speak, but have your envelope ready. What will this cost you? A little time and a 40 something cent stamp.

What could you receive in benefits? Maybe, just maybe, our elected officials will start to listen to the people. Take out the Pork. Tell us how the money is being spent. We want TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY. Remember, the money will be spent over the next 4-5 years. It is not too late.

Outta morbid curiosity, I went over to the Democrat forums, similar to this one.

Turns out we all have one thing in common.

Our liberal friends ain’t too keen on this garbage either. Hell, they even have pro-gun threads a goin’.

So it has ocurred to me, that this whole Dem vs. Conservative thing is mostly crap. Does nothing but divide all in purpose and intent.

Don’t count Democrats out of this discussion, or protest.

Certainly, the Obama brand Liberal isn’t going to send a teabag, but at this point, I honestly do not believe that the ‘democrats’ are all on board with operation Commune America.

Count me in fer sendin’ teabags!

And see if you can get your Democrat friends to do the same...

Yes indeed. Call Washington for what it is: A Cerebeus with two inneffective heads and one ugly dog. The focus of who should remain in power should be based on voting records, not political party affiliation. Many people here would call us stupid for this thinking this way, but you are thinking one level up. That is good!
