What does that make Barkley?

SAVAGE: What do you do?

BARKLEY: What do I do? I work for CNN and TNT. That's what I do. What do you do?

Since when is it three days? The best he could hope for on a first time offense is 5 days of jail time and counseling. Now if he is doing three days this time and two days later on that is believable.

Who knows? What's ironic is that a few years ago Rush spoke highly of Sir Charles when apparently Charles somehow uttered something that sounded as if he were advocating individual responsibility. Seems Charles’ mouth runs without any gray matter to modify it. You're likely to get anything (mostly nothing of consequence) emanating from his oral cavity.

Charles does a decent job as a basketball analyst. He should stick to that and stay out of politics.

Ahh nevermind I found this explaining how he got such a term:

Criminal Status: Class 1 misdemeanor. Aggravated DUI elevates criminal status to a felony. An aggravated DUI is a DUI (impaired, per se or extreme) that is committed: (1) on a suspended, revoked or canceled license; (2) a third DUI offense in 5 years; or (3) while a person under 15 is in the vehicle.

Jail: DUI: 1-10 days. Extreme DUI: 10-30 days. Aggravated DUI: Terms in prison vary depending on violation.

Arizona DUI Fines/Costs: Minimum $250 (plus $500 for the prison construction fund and $500 for the state general fund).

-Extreme DUI: Minimum $250 (plus $250 DUI assessment, $1,000 for the prison construction fund, and another $1000 for the state general fund)
-Aggravated DUI: Minimum $750 (plus $250 DUI assessment and $1,500 for the prison construction fund and $1,500 for the state general fund).

Jail costs: An 80% surcharge on the base fine is levied on each DUI offense.

Arizona License Suspension: DUI: 90 days. Extreme DUI: 1 year. If aggravated DUI, license revoked for 3 years.

Arizona Probation: DUI: Up to 5 years (informal, may not be supervised). Aggravated DUI: 10 years.

Vehicle Impound: Yes, for extreme DUI and aggravated DUI.

Arizona Alcohol Screening/Education Treatment: Mandatory for aggravated DUI. Possible for other DUI offenses.

Arizona Ignition Interlock Device: Required for extreme and aggravated DUI.

Community Service: May be ordered to perform community service.

Men like Barkley are what is called "fascist fodder", the sargeants who will step forward to help form the coming Obama Civilian defense force.

God is giveing us a look at them.Barkley is one of them.

Same thing happened in Europe, 1920s and 1930s.

There are precious few blacks who aren’t racists...

One is more likely to find non racist blacks among prior military who served together in action, and in their families. Colin Powell being a notable exception.

The other most likely place to find non racist blacks is among the self sufficient rural countryside - far away from the multi-generational welfare dependent broodmare city dwelling tribes...

I’m always amazed at the differences on those occasions I return “home” to visit family or old Corps brothers in the “outback” areas of Northern Virgina, Western Maryland and on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay... The folks living there, side by side - of all hues - are of another breed than those shown on television....

Question: Would Charles Barkley have said this statement at all if Obama wasn’t black?

Honestly.

Blacks have a solid history of IGNORING MLK Jr's "Dream" that men should be judged by their character and not the color of their skin....

They also have a history of ignoring the fact that MLK was a REPUBLICAN.

A total racist—and a stupid drunk one at that.

Charles apparently would have voted for a cadaver—if it had been black.
