I lived there for a bit. It was probably the most Catholic place I’ve ever lived, though I too fled the area a few years ago.

I would then expect an INCREASE in people calling themselves Catholic in other areas where Catholics are migrating to.

Seems like many conservative Catholics are moving to the SE.

I am always puzzled hearing about Obama-supporting Catholics, because I don't know of any around here (N. Metro Atlanta).
