I watched a person one day tease a chained dog with his hat. He stood at the end of the dogs chain and teased the dog repeatedly with the hat. I noticed the dog kept backing up a little each time, so that the idiot kept coming closer.

When the dog got enough slack in the chain he tore at the hat and almost tore the teaser’s hand off in the doing.

I laughed heartily as the idiot tried to get his hat back and knew instantly which was the smarter animal.
