1. SCOTUS IS THE WRONG VENUE TO INITIATE AN ACTION IN QUO WARRANTO BECAUSE DOING SO WOULD DEPRIVE THE PUBLIC OF A JURY TRIAL ON THE ISSUE OF WHETHER OBAMA WAS BORN IN HAWAII.
The District of Columbia Code, Title 16, Chapter 35 (Quo Warranto) Subchapter III states:

Got in just in time for LD to be haranguing someone for not reading explanations on his blog.
A caller questioned why go through Holder since he was invalid anyways per mis-installment by usurper. LD made the preeminent error of: one is innocent until proven guilty.
we heard this ALL THE TIME with the OJ case, for example.
It is rather: one is PRESUMED innocent until proven guilty.
Guilt of a crime HAPPENS WITH THE COMMISSION OF THE CRIME- the instant one shoots someone dead one is guilty of the criminal act. The state hasn’t technically found one guilty at that time and simply must presume innocence. Should one be found innocent by the state wrongly, one remains morally guilty.
This might give some pause to LD’s tact: it is not the simplest thing to research, but from what I’ve read acts by a usurper anti-pope, for example, are retroactively asserted. All acts are rendered null and void. Confessions to the improperly ordained are to be remade via general confession (needless to say very rare) and other acts by the true successor pope are made to relieve the faithful of further acts with improperly set religious and secular authorities. Re-consecrations of and re-installments must be made.
I’m just addressing one of LD’s assertions (going though Holder and other AG’s is necessary) and NOT in the history of secular republics. I’ve got to go through late thread or two on this, for sure...
