Unfortuately it is all too real, that Hawaii has allowed jailed felons to vote. Remember in this day and age no government official will overlook an opportunity to harm the law abiding citizen.
The democrats are very creative in generating votes. They leave no stone unturned. Acorn will slime out from under any wet rock.

Incremental procedure. Pure and simple. Once this is passed in Hawaii, suits will be filed in other states, then you have a Roe V. Wade situation in other states which haven’t yet restated their sovereignty from the Federal monopoly.
This brings to mind a question I was pondering today. What nation in this world has the smallest parasitic social class?

To anyone with an ounce of brains it would be obvious that a person should demonstrate responsible behaviour to earn the right to vote, not the other way around.
